Free tutorial: winter wreath

Oggi vi riporto per un attimo ai toni neutri che prediligevo prima della mia svolta verso il colore.

Ho fatto questo tutorial tempo fa, per una rivista mai pubblicata.

Penso fosse un peccato lasciarlo nel dimenticatoio.. e quindi eccolo qui per voi!

Si tratta di una ghirlanda morbida e calda, facilissima e velocissima da fare. 

Fa pensare all'inverno..ma anche al Natale, con qualche aggiunta.

Immaginatevi qualche perlina o passamaneria sugli alberelli ed eccoli decorati per Natale.

Today I'm taking you back with me to the times where I only used neutral colors.

I made this tutorial a few years ago, for a magazine that had never been published.

I think it would be a shame not to show it.

Here it is, for you.

A simple, simple winter wreath, that can become good for Christmas, too.

You can imagine to put some beads or trimmings on the trees, to decorate them.

Quindi, se volete, cominciamo!

ghirlanda di cartone o di polistirolo ( la mia è una vecchia di Ikea che ho riciclato)

lana molto grossa

velluto panna

pile bianco

pistola colla a caldo

ovatta sintetica in fiocchi

So, let's begin!

SUPPLIES

a cardboard or foam wreath ( mine is an old one from Ikea)

thick wool yarn

white velvet

white pilecloth

hot glue gun

stuffing

trimmings

1.Disegnate a mano libera un alberello stilizzato. Se non vi sentite sicure, potete scaricarne una a scelta dalla rete. Riportate sul rovescio del velluto e del pile, piegati in doppio, la sagoma dell'alberello per tre volte. 

2.Cucite lungo tutti i contorni, senza lasciare aperture. Tagliate via l'eccesso di stoffa, lasciando circa 0,5 cm tutto intorno. Con le forbici fate piccoli taglietti perpendicolari alle cuciture nei punti critici come gli angoli. Questo farà cedere meglio la stoffa sul dritto. 

3.Fate un taglietto nella zona inferiore di ciascun albero prendendo un solo strato di stoffa. 

4.Rigirate gli alberi sul dritto attraverso questo taglietto, tirate bene le punte in fuori e imbottiteli con l'aiuto di un bastoncino. 

1.Draw a tiny tree on some paper. If you prefer you can download one from the net.

Use the pattern template to draw it on the velvet and pilecloth wrong sides, for three times. 

2.Sew along the outlines, leaving no opening. Trim away the fabric excess, leaving a 0,5 cm seam allowance. Make tiny cuts perpendicular to the stitches in the corners. This will help fabric yielding on the right side. 

3.Cut an opening at the bottom of each tree, taking one layer of fabric only. 

4.Turn the trees inside out through the opening, use a stick to put every corner out and stuff them.

5.Chiudete i taglietti sul retro. 

6.Avvolgete la ghirlanda di cartone con la lana. 

7.Avvolgete anche della passamaneria a piacere. 

8.Incollatevi gli alberelli. 

5.Handstitch the cuts in the back. 

6.Wrap the wreath with the wool yarn. 

7.Wrap some trimming. 

8.Glue the trees at the wreath bottom. 

Tagliate un pezzo di circa 50 cm di lana e passatelo sul retro della ghirlanda. Annodatelo.

Cut a 50 cm piece from the wool yarn and pass it behind the wreath. Tie a knot.

La ghirlanda è pronta!

Free tutorial: scented cushion

L'inverno per ora non è arrivato ( e io se devo essere onesta ne sono ben contenta), ma pare che stia per iniziare proprio in queste ore. Aria fredda in arrivo da Nord.

Allora mi sembra il momento perfetto per questo tutorial che avevo pronto da parecchio, a dire il vero.

Un tutorial semplice, veloce.

 Come piace a chi ha poco tempo e magari pochissima dimestichezza col cucito, ma vuole farsi piccole coccole.

Un tutorial che sa di inverno e che vi regalo.

La vaniglia è un profumo caldo e avvolgente che mi evoca proprio la stagione fredda. Lo stare accoccolati sul divano con copertina e un tè alla vaniglia fumante tra le mani.

Il profumo dei dolci e delle torte che cuociono in forno.

Tutto quello che è tepore di casa :-)

 Questo piccolo cuscino è pervaso di questo dolce profumo, ma se la propria essenza preferita fosse un'altra, largo alla personalizzazione. Il pupazzo di neve è felice perchè sente il “profumo d'inverno”, mentre scende la neve tutto intorno.

Winter has not arrived in Italy, yet. A weird year..but it seems some freezy air is going to reach us in the next days.

So I think it's time for this tutorial.

A quick and nice scented cushion, for those who have no time but like to create cozy things when possible.

Vanilla means winter to me. The smell of baking cakes or of a vanilla tea on winter nights, sitting on the sofa.

So I thought to add this essence to my cushion.

If you prefer another essence, it's up to you!

cotone/lino greggio, o comunque scuro

panno bianco

ovatta sintetica

bottoni

inchiostro nero per stoffa

SUPPLIES YOU NEED

natural cotton or linen ( a dark hue)

white felt

stuffing

buttons

string

vanilla essence

brown acrylic

white acrylic

a pin

a tiny brush

rubber stamps alphabet

black ink pad for fabric

Tagliate dal lino due quadrati di 15x15 cm.

1. Su un pezzetto di panno bianco riportate la sagoma del pupazzo di neve. 

2. Ritagliate lungo il contorno. 

3. Posizionate il pupazzo su uno dei quadrati di lino, nell'angolo in basso a destra, tenendo anche conto dei margini di cucitura. 

4. Ripassate a macchina il contorno più volte e in modo casuale. Ispirandovi alle foto, disegnate a mano libera le braccia e le mani. 

Cut two 15x15 cm squares from the plain cotton/linen.

1. draw the snowman pattern on the white felt.

2. Trim all around it.

3. Put the snowman over one of the linen squares, right bottom ( remember to leave a few cm for the seam allowances)

4. Topstitch the outlines with a dark yarn, at least twice and not accurately.

Draw the arms and hands, getting inspired by the picture.

5. Ripassate a macchina anche queste. Fate anche naso e bocca allo stesso modo. Intingete la capocchia dello spillo nell'acrilico marrone e fate gli occhi. Lasciate asciugare. 

6. Con i timbrini scrivete “ scent of winter” ( oppure: profumo d'inverno) e lasciate asciugare. Aggiungete un cuore o un'altra forma a piacere, se avete il timbro. 

7. Mentre l'inchiostro asciuga, attaccate due bottoncini al pupazzo. 

8. Usate pennello e acrilico bianco per fare i fiocchi e la neve sotto al pupazzo. Lasciate asciugare bene.

5. Topstitch hands and arms, too. Do the same for nose and mouth.

Dig the pin into the brown acrylic and stamp the eyes. Let dry.

6. Write "scent of winter" with rubber stamps and let dry.

Add a heart or what you like, if you have other stamps.

7. While the ink dries, stitch two buttons to the snowman.

8. Use the white acrylic and brush to paint the snow flakes and the snow under the snowman.

Let dry.

9. Ponete il pezzo sull'altro, dritto contro dritto e cucite tutto intorno, lasciando una apertura di circa 6 cm su uno dei lati. Tagliate gli angoli per avere meno ingombro sul dritto. 

10-11. Rigirate sul dritto attraverso l'apertura. Imbottite: durante questa operazione mettete qualche goccia di essenza di vaniglia sull'ovatta sintetica. 

Una volta finito di imbottire chiudete a mano l'apertura.

12. Tagliate circa 50 cm di cordino, piegatelo a metà, fate dei nodi alle due estremità. Attaccatelo al cuscino con due bottoni.

9. Put the other square over the first one ( right sides together) and stitch all around, but remember to leave a 6cm opening on one side. Trim the corners to avoid bulk on right side.

10-11. Turn the piece inside out through the opening. Iron and stuff it;put some vanilla essence into the stuffing. Hand stitch the opening.

12. Cut 50 cm of string, fold it dobule and tie two knots at both ends. Attach it to the cushion with two buttons.

Free Tutorial: Zippered Clutch ( pochette con cerniera)

Oggi cambiamo un po': niente ricordi di viaggio né nuove creazioni per lo shop, bensì un piccolo regalo per voi.

Un tutorial :-))

Il tutorial di una pochettina con cerniera: semplice, ma molto utile e carina.

Pochette e bustine, infatti, sono una comodità a cui quasi nessuna donna può rinunciare. Utili per il trucco, per piccoli oggetti che altrimenti si perderebbero nelle borse spesso troppo capienti, potrebbero non essere mai sufficienti di numero. Se le si crea con stoffe in nuance con i propri accessori, esse denunciano non solo uno stile curato, ma anche davvero personale. Questo è un modello basico, perfetto per essere declinato in molte accezioni.

cotonina fantasia: due tipi coordinati

And now, let's start!

Supplies you need:

two coordinated patterned fabric for the outer side

plain linen or cotton for the lining

some trimmings

20 cm zipper

interfacing

removable spray glue ( optional)

Taglio:

Tagliate un rettangolo di 6x25 cm da una cotonina ( quella scelta per la parte superiore) e un rettangolo di 13x25 cm dall'altra cotonina. Da questa seconda cotonina tagliate anche un pezzo di circa 20x25 ( sarà il retro della pochette)

Preparing pieces:

Cut a 6x25 cm rectangle from the upper cotton and a 13x25 cm one from the lower cotton. 

Cut also a 20x25 piece from this second cotton, too ( it will be the back piece)

1. Sovrapponete la striscia di 6x25 con quella di 13x25, dritto contro dritto, lungo il lato di 25 cm e cucite.  Aprite il margine e stirate.

2. Ponete la sagoma della pochette sul rovescio del pezzo. Fate combaciare la cucitura con la linea di stacco delle stoffe e riportate tutto il contorno sulla stoffa. 

3. Tagliate via l'eccesso di stoffa lasciando 1 cm tutto intorno. 

4. Ponete il pezzo ottenuto con il rovescio a contatto con l'ovattina e fissate con colla spray o spilli. Tagliate via l'eccesso di ovattina. 

Ripetete dal punto 2 al punto 4 con il retro della pochette

Ripetete i punti 2 e 3 con la stoffa per la fodera ( dato che usate pezzi interi, in questo caso non vi interessa il punto di incontro tra le due stoffe segnato sul pattern)

1. Put the 6x25 and the 13x25 pieces right side together, along the 25 cm long side and stitch.

Open the stitching and iron it.

2. Put the clutch pattern on the wrong side of this piece. Let the line on the pattern ( division between the two fabrics) coincide with the stitching line on the fabric.

3. Trim away any fabric excess, leaving 1 cm all around ( seam allowance)

4. Put the piece with its wrong side over the interfacing and fix it with some spray glue or some pins. Trim away the interfacing excess.

Repeat from 2 to 4 for the clutch back, too.

Repeat from 2 to 3 for the two pieces of lining.

5. Ponete la passamaneria sulla linea di cucitura e cucitela in posizione.

6. Ponete la cerniera sui pezzi della bustina in questo ordine:

sul tavolo la parte esterna con il dritto verso l'alto

su di essa, dritto contro dritto, la cerniera

sopra a tutto la fodera, dritto contro dritto sulla parte esterna.

In questo modo si ottiene un sandwich in cui la cerniera sta nel mezzo. 

7. Cucite con piedino per cerniere, per attaccare la prima metà della cerniera. 

8. Rigirate la fodera e fate una cucitura di rifinitura lungo il bordo esterno.

5. Put the trimming on the stitch line and sew it in position.

6. Put the zipper over the fabric pieces in this order:

put on the table the outer fabric, right side up

on it, put the zipper, right sides together

on them, put the lining, right sides together

You have a sandwich where the zipper lies in the middle.

7. Stitch the zipper with a zipper foot. 

8. Turn the lining in and topstitch the outer fabric, near the zipper.

9. Spostate la stoffa appena cucita e sovrapponetevi i pezzi restanti, sempre con la cerniera nel mezzo. La fodera dovrà essere contro la fodera, dritto contro dritto. Lo stesso vale per le parti esterne. 

Cucite con il piedino. Ripetete la cucitura di finitura sul dritto.

10. Aprite la cerniera quasi completamente.

Aprite bene il pezzo ottenuto e stendetelo in modo che ancora la fodera sia contro la fodera e l'esterno contro l'esterno, dritto contro dritto. 

Cucite lungo i lati, fermandovi quando arrivate agli spigoli. Lasciate anche una apertura di circa 5 cm sul lato della fodera, per rigirare sul dritto.

11. Ora create gli spessori: ripiegate la stoffa nell'altro senso e spillate gli spigoli dopo averli fatti combaciare. Cucite lungo di essi.

12. Rigirate la pochette sul dritto attraverso l'apertura nella fodera. 

Chiudete l'apertura con qualche punto a mano. Infilate la fodera nella bustina.

Voilà! la vostra nuova pochette è pronta! Facile, no?

9. Now move away these pieces and repeat with the other two pieces and the other zipper side.

The lining must be right sides together with the other lining and so on for the outer fabrics.

Stitch with the zipper foot.

Repeat the topstitch on the outer fabric.

10. Open the zip.

Open the clutch so that lining is on lining and outside on outisde, right sides together.

Stitch along the sides and leave the corners open, as in the pattern.

Leave a 5 cm opening on one lining side, too.

11. Make the corners, now: fold the fabric in the other direction and pin it. Sew them.

12. Turn the clutch inside out, through the opening in the lining. 

Close the opening, put it into the clutch.

Your nice thing is ready!

Mug Cozy Tutorial

Il sole non sembra voler tornare tanto presto e quello che vi propongo oggi sembra molto adatto a queste grigie giornate.

Un dettaglio che rallegra il momento del tè o di una bevanda calda è quello di un mug cozy, ovvero una striscia di stoffa che avvolge e tiene in caldo la tazza. Una coccola colorata. La scritta dice “warm & sweet”, ovvero calda e dolce, come ogni buona bevanda dovrebbe essere.

A mug cozy can be a nice detail for your tea time.

Le misure sono adatte a una mug alta 11 cm e larga 27 cm nel punto più largo. Adattate le misure alla vostra tazza, se molto differenti.

1. Tagliate tre strisce di 10x27 cm ciascuna dalle due cotonine e dall'ovattina. 

2. Ponete la striscia scelta per l'esterno, con il rovescio a contatto dell'ovattina, ponetela intorno alla mug e segnate con uno spillo il punto che sarà più visibile quando si tiene in mano la tazza. 

3. Tagliate tre pezzi di fettuccia bianca e stampatevi le tre parole “warm” “&” “sweet” con i timbrini. Lasciate asciugare.

4. Posizionate i tre pezzi nella zona contrassegnata dallo spillo, spillate in posizione e cucite a macchina lungo i contorni. 

Measures given are for a mug that is 11 cm high and 27 cm large. Please adapt measures to your own mug.

1. Cut three strips of 10x27 each from the two patterned cottons and from batting.

2. Put the outer strip over the batting, wrong sides together, put it around the mug and sign the point that will be more visible while holding the mug in your hands.

3. Cut three pieces of white ribbon and stamp the words "warm & sweet". Let dry.

4. Put the three stamped pieces in the place signed, pin in position and machine stitch along the outlines.

Attaccate un bottoncino decorativo vicino alla scritta.

5. Ponete la striscia sopra a quella scelta per l'interno, dritto contro dritto, e spillate. Tagliate due pezzi di elastico di circa 10 cm ciascuno e piegateli in due. Inseriteli al centro del lato opposto a quello decorato, con gli estremi verso l'esterno e a circa 1 cm l'uno dall'altro. 

6. Cucite tutto intorno, lasciando circa 7 cm di apertura al centro del lato basso. Tagliate via gli angoli e l'eccesso di ovattina, per evitare l'ingombro sul dritto.

7. Rigirate sul dritto attraverso l'apertura, stirate e chiudete l'apertura a mano. 

8. Attaccate due bottoni sul lato corto, in corrispondenza delle asole elastiche sull'altro lato. 

La coccola di cotone per la vostra mug preferita è pronta!

Attach a tiny decorative button near the words, if you like.

5. Put the outer piece over the lining, right sides together. You have to cut two pieces of rubber band of 10 cm each. Fold them double and insert on the opposite side of the stamped sentence. Ends must be towards the outside and 1 cm one from the other.

6. Stitch all around, leaving 7 cm open in the bottom. trim away the corners and the excess of batting, to avoid the bulk.

7. Turn inside out through the opening, iron and close by hand.

8. Attach two buttons on the short side, opposite to the two rubber band slots.

Your mug cozy is ready!

Mug a pois Maisons du Monde

Questo tutorial risale a qualche mese fa e mi torna utile in un momento come questo in cui niente di nuovo vede la luce.

Non tocco la macchina da cucire da almeno due settimane e credo sia un piccolo record per me.

Mi spiace se sono e sarò un po' meno presente del solito, ma questo mese è denso di avvenimenti importanti per motivi familiari.

 Gli impegni mi tengono lontana dalla creatività.

Creatività che langue anche per motivi fisici e "fisiologici", legati al meteo e alla stanchezza post Formigine e post influenza ( che non vuole passare del tutto).

D'altronde, che sia come un'onda che va e viene lo sappiamo :-O

Riciclo da un vecchio maglione / Upcycling from an old sweater

Il riciclo è una pratica che al giorno d'oggi va di moda.

In rete se ne trovano mille esempi.

Sarà la crisi, sarà la voglia di inventare cose nuove con ciò che si ha, sarà che anche i designer di grido lo fanno, sarà.. ma insomma, ci piace ed è anche eco friendly.

Quando coinvolge vecchi maglioni acquista un fascino unico: quello del calore della lana tricottata, che fa subito "calore di casa" nelle fredde serate invernali.

Upcycling is a nice and "fashion" thing, nowadays.

Maybe the economical crysis, maybe the fact that also great designers use it..we like it and it's eco friendly, too.

When upcycling involves old sweaters it has a unique charm: the warmth of knitted wool, immediately reminding us of evenings in our home, while the winter wind blows outside.

Una lanterna tenera e calda, velocissima da realizzare e che richiede praticamente zero nozioni di cucito

 ( basta fare due linee dritte, e se proprio non ve la sentite, usate la colla!).

This is a lantern, so quick to make and with no sewing skills.

Bastano un vecchio maglione in disuso, un barattolo di conserva, filo di ferro e feltro a scelta.

All you need is an old sweater, a used jam jar and some wire and felt.

Ponete il barattolo sulla manica e usatelo come misura. Fate una riga orizzontale a circa 2 cm dal fondo. FOTO 1

Tagliate lungo la riga, rigirate il pezzo di manica sul rovescio e spillate. Cucite lungo il fondo e anche sul lato, in modo che si crei un rettangolo e si elimini l'andamento diagonale della manica. Tagliate via l'eccesso di lana sul lato. FOTO 2 Rigirate sul dritto.

Tagliate circa 80 cm di fil di ferro e piegatelo in due. Avvolgetelo intorno al collo del barattolo e infilate i capi liberi nell'anello formato dalla piega del filo. FOTO 3

Portate la rimanenza di filo verso il lato opposto del barattolo e infilate i capi sotto il filo. FOTO 4

Put the jar over the sweater sleeve and use it as a reference. Draw an orizontal line at 2 cm from the bottom. Picture 1

Cut along the line, turn the sleeve inside out and pin. Stitch the bottom and the side, so that you make a rectangle out of the sleeve trapezoidal shape. Cut away any excess of wool on the side. Pic 2

Turn it inside out.

Cut 80 cm of wire and fold it double. Wrap it around the jar and put the free ends into the ring created by the folded wire. Pic 3

Bring the remaining wire towards the opposit side and slip them under the wire. Pic 4

Rigirate il filo su sé stesso per fermarlo. FOTO 5 Tagliate via l'eccesso.

Tagliate un quadrato di circa 2x2 dal feltro e disegnate al centro un piccolo cuoricino a mano libera. Con forbicine affilate fate un'incisione lungo la linea del cuore, partendo dal centro, per non intaccare i bordi e lasciare il quadratino integro. Finite di tagliare. FOTO 6

Infilate il barattolo nel tubolare di lana. Fermate con il cordino di feltro.

Incollate il cuoricino al centro. FOTO 7

Con ago e filo cucite il quadratino con il buco a forma di cuore sul cordino di feltro. FOTO 8

Risistemate il cordino, stringendolo bene e facendo un piccolo fiocco.

Wrap the wire on itself to stop it. Pic 5. Trim away the excess.

Cut a square (2x2 cm) from the felt and draw a tiny heart in the center. Cut it in the middle, without opening a side. Pic 6

Put the jar into the woollen tubular. Wrap some felt rope around it and glue the felt heart in the center. Pic 7

Stitch the heart-holed square on the felt rope, with a few hand stitches. Pic 8

Make a bow. 

E voilà, la vostra lanterna è pronta. Semplice, no?

Your lantern is ready. Quite easy, right??

Felt magnets tutorial

Le calamite piacciono sempre; a volte sono souvenir di viaggio, a volte sono simpatiche pietanze o animali in miniatura. In ogni caso è piacevole metterne un po' sulle porte del frigorifero o su una lavagnetta in cucina, per pura decorazione o per tenere foglietti e memo. Queste calamite sembrano golosi dolci e per farli non serve cucire, ma solo tagliare e incollare. Veloce e divertente!!

E io ho deciso di usare questo lavoro( fatto per il terzo numero della rivista, che non vedrà mai la luce), per donarvi un tutorial. 

Un piccolo regalo per voi, che mi leggete sempre.

Magnets are so nice: sometimes they are souvenirs, sometimes they look like small animals or food. It's nice to put them on the fridge door, or on a board, to keep memos.

I thought and designed these ones, that gather my love for country chic with that for vintage style.

You don't need to be able to stitch. You just need to cut, and glue.

LA CROSTATINA

THE TART

1. Ponete la formina da biscotto rovesciata sul panno e riportatene il contorno

2. Tagliate il cerchio ottenuto con le forbici a zig zag, stando circa 1 cm più esterni del contorno

3. Infilate il cerchio nella formina, centrandolo e incollandolo sulla base e sulla parte bassa dei bordi con la colla a caldo

4. Prendete poca ovatta sintetica, datele una forma a cupola e mettetela nella formina.

Usate la base della formina come sagoma per disegnare il cerchio che andrà come coperchio della tortina. Ritagliatelo e ponetelo sull'ovatta.

1. Put the cookie mould upside down on the light felt and draw the line

2. Cut the shape but stay 1 cm wider

3. Put the shape into the mould and glue it on the bottom and the lower sides

4. Take a bit of stuffing material, shape it into a" dome" and put it into the mould. 

Use the mould bottom to draw the top of the tart, too.

So cut it and put it over the tart.

5. Tagliate, sempre con le forbici a zig zag, delle strisce larghe circa 0,5 cm e ponetele sul coperchio, incrociandole come si fa con una crostata vera

6. Rigirate i bordi del panno verso l'interno e incollateli sul coperchio

7. Passate alla “cottura”: per dare un aspetto dorato alla crostata sporcatela con il pennello intinto in pochissimo colore acrilico e ben scaricato su un foglio di carta cucina

8. Incollate il magnete sotto la formina

5. Cut some 0,5 cm wide strips and put them on the top, crossing them as you'd do with a real tart

6. Turn the felt borders towards the inside and glue them on the top

7. "Cook" it: in order to give a baked aspect to it, dry brush it with the light brown acrylic.

8. Glue the magnet under the mould

IL CROISSANT

THE CROISSANT

1.  Tagliate dal panno un triangolo isoscele che misuri 10 cm di base e circa 30 cm di altezza

2. Mettete sulla base un pezzetto di ovatta sintetica e 20 cm di filo di ferro piegati in doppio

3. Cominciate ad arrotolare il triangolo, partendo dalla base, come si fa con un vero croissant

1. Cut from the felt an isosceles triangle, measuring 10 cm at the base and 30 cm of height

2. Put a piece of stuffing material and 20 cm of wire ( double folded) on the bottom

3. Start wrapping the triangle, like you're making a real croissant

4. Una volta finito di arrotolare, fissate la punta con una goccia di colla a caldo

5 / 6. Piegate il croissant a C e tagliate via gli estremi di filo di ferro

7. Arrotolare gli estremi di panno su se stessi, per chiuderli, e fissate con la colla

8. Sporcate con l'acrilico, come fatto per la crostatina. 

Incollate la calamita sul retro.

4. Once you've finished wrapping, fix the tip with some hot glue

5/6. Fold the croissant in a C shape and cut away the wire excess

7. Wrap the ends over themselves, to close them, and again fix with glue

8. Dry brish with some acrylic, as for the tart. Glue the magnet on the bottom.

LA TORTINA

THE CUPCAKE

1. Usate la formina come sagoma e riportatene il contorno inferiore sul panno. Tagliate rimanendo più esterni di circa 1 cm. Fate lo stesso con un pezzo di cartone di recupero, ma questa volta tagliate a misura del contorno preciso

2. Prendete della ovatta sintetica e modellatela per creare una sorta di cupola più gonfia al centro. Incollatela sul tondo di cartone

3. Sul panno fate tanti taglietti perpendicolari al contorno, per fare meglio cedere la stoffa. 

4. Rivestite il tondo di cartone e incollate il panno sul retro

Infilate la tortina nella formina e incollatela con una goccia di colla.

5. Tagliate dal panno cioccolato un tondo ( meglio sempre usare le forbici a zig zag per un effetto più realistico) e incollatelo al centro della tortina.

Incollate della passamaneria color cioccolato tutto intorno.

Incollate al centro la perlina di legno.

 Infine, incollate la calamita sotto la formina.

1. Use the mould to draw the shape on the felt, as for the tart. Cut 1 cm wider.

Do the same with a piece of carboard, but this time cut it on the lines, without allowance.

2. Take some stuffing material and shape it to create a "dome".Glue it on the cardboard

3. Make many tiny vertical cuts all around the felt. 

4. Cover the cardboard with this felt and glue the excess in the back. 

Put it into the mould and glue it in position.

5. Cut a circle from the chocolate felt and glue it in the center of the cupcake.

Glue the ricrac trimming all around.

Glue a wooden pearl on top of it.

Finally, as usual, glue the magnet to the bottom of the mould.
