I’m moving blog addresses!  I’ve been tired of wordpress for a very long time, and have been wanting to switch back to blogger.  I’ve been trying to figure out a good time to make the switch & think I’ve finally reached the perfect time!  So…if you ever want to see more pictures of Jane (see…I told you I was going to be mean!!) or if you want to continue to follow our journey to Jane & our life once she’s home (see…mean!) you’ll have to join me over at my new blog!  PLEASE add me to your blogslines, google readers, blog lists, etc b/c I REALLY want to stay connected to all of you!

“The Lord has done great things for us and we are filled with joy.” (Psalm 126:3)  We are so thrilled to announce that Jane Leilet is finally a Setliffe!!  She is legally our daughter–praise God!!  We are so honored to introduce you to our girl…check out the video below!

Here’s a video of Ava dancing with her friends at preschool…make sure you see her shake it like a duck…oh my gosh–I keep laughing at it!  Enjoy!

Hey again!  I just wanted to let you know that my Mom made it through surgery just fine.  She is in a lot of pain tonight, but they were able to put the stint in one kidney.  He didn’t think that the other kidney needed a stint at this time, so he only did the one.  They made an incision in her back & went into her kidney that way, so obviously she is in a lot of pain in her back.  They are keeping her over night to observe her, and they are hopeful she will go home tomorrow.  The surgeon still has not come to let us know what he found, so we are still waiting on further news.  My guess is she will not hear anything until the morning.  But overall, the surgery went well & she is doing ok.  Thanks for praying & for all your kind words, emails & texts!  You guys are wonderful friends!!

Hey friends…please be praying for my Mom. She had a doctor’s appt this morning to talk about scheduling her surgery to have the 2 tumors removed. When she got there & the doctor saw the results of the tests he decided that she needed to have immediate surgery to put stints into her kidneys. This will relieve the blockages so that the kidneys can function temporarily until surgery can be scheduled. This is an outpatient procedure, but they will be keeping her overnight for observation. We covet your prayers so much. She is going into surgery right now (2pm EST), so please be praying. Thank you so much…I will update later tonight.

Ava & her giraffe friend decided to dress up like princesses this morning…much giggling ensued!
