i went to the gym today.
it wasn't very fun at all.
i had to do the treadmill and some other things i had to do.

Daddy sent mummy and me to the library.
I went to toa payah library with my mummy.
it wa okay, boring.
I went because my mummy ask me too.
I borrowed the National Geography book.
I am excited to read the magazine.
my goal is to try to accomplish one article a day.
the magazine is about adventure.
I am going to start reading it tomorrow. 

I want my chicktu.

i go for physio therapy yeserday.
it was 11.30.
it was at the ang kio mio hospital.
trainers - simon and another lady help me get to work.
I don't think my therapy is help me.
i don't even the my improvment at all.
i am very frustrated.
still, i will continue, because i am forced by my mummy.

I love my chicku.

jie jie came by my house.
auntie doreen and gu ku came too.
Bert and brother came also. 
bert brought a lot for cakes and oranges.
the reason jie jie ask her relatives to my house so that they could give out their wedding cards.
then my whole family headed to auntie bee teng's house. As they couldn't make it.
it was very fun (:

we went to the wesklake for lunch. it was okay lar.

we went to the pizza hut for dinner.

today chicktu was taken by yumyum.

hey all vanessa's friends, she is now at home recuperating. If you have time kindly visit her. You guys may want to come two at a time so that she has focus attention on only the two of you. She enjoys having her friends around. Talk to her more and try to do an activity with her to help her recover faster. Her attention span might still be quite short at the moment so please be patient. She remembers almost all of you I think.

What you guys might like to do is that when you come over try and talk about your daily activities (you and your gang of friends .. blah blah) as everyone is asking her the same question *Do you remember me? How are you?* and just for stacy's information. Xuan remember's you and she misses you alot. :) Another thing. Does any one know's how to play her audition game? I am having trouble at knowing and showing her how to play!!! If you guys know could you help me set it to the easiest level? or at least teach me how to play LOL!

And for all your informations, everytime she chats with you guys online, i will be assisting her. so if you guys have some secrets or what so ever hahha. maybe you would like to keep that till she becomes better or when you visit her in person. She cannot register things fast so if you are chatting with her slow down abit. :)

xuan's having a good day today. yay :)

Just a note, she really understands what's going on. she just has trouble remembering certain things like words. but she likes being talked to and sometimes she forgets that she doesn't want to talk and she'll respond.

She's moved to Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital (AMK Ave 9). She's now in Ward 2, Bed 54. No need to bring anything if you're visiting. But I'm thinking maybe photographs to maybe help her remember or to show her just for fun. She already has a load of books, a whole basket of soft toys and basically just too many things that she just doesn't use.

Xuan is doing well in terms of progress. She told the nurse her name today! :)
She also said "daddy" when my dad asked her too.
Her appetite is good. but she gets upset now and then and I can't figure out why..

She might be moving to Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital on Wednesday. We don't know what time yet. but meanwhile, she's still at TTSH Ward 10D, bed 127.

She might not recognise some of you but she tries really really hard to. so if she just keeps staring hard at you, it's a good thing :)

Xuan's back.
She's at TTSH ward 10D.
I can't remember when visiting hours are.

She'll be at 10D for the time being while they get a bed for her in the rehab wards :)

Xuan's coming home tonight!
9pm flight. will be headed straight to TTSH.
but apparently her ward isn't confirmed yet so.. I don't really know when we'll get to see her.

She's starting to walk already (assisted of course). She started with walking across her room, and then for a slow walk outside. She's heavily reliant on her left side still.

I would just like to say to all her Trinity & Palmerston friends that I'm so thankful for the whole bunch of you. Thank you for loving her so much and being there for her all this time. xuan loves you all very very much too I'm sure. Of course we look forward to your visits during term breaks. She'll get better and better and before you know it, she'll be almost as good as new :)

Xuan might be coming home as early as this weekend!
The actual date/time of flight has not been confirmed yet though.
I do know that she'll be taken to TTSH when she lands in Singapore so I don't know how/whether we'll be able to receive her at the airport.

but yay! :)

She's also been eating more now and her posture etc has been improving. Her right arm still needs a bit of treatment to help straighten it (due to a really stiff muscle that is rather painful use).

No news otherwise.

If and when you do go to see her, just bear in mind that she's not exactly talking or communicating much, and she might have trouble remembering who you are so, be patient and we'll see you soon.

Hi everyone

Xuan's progressed from pureed food to solid (but mashed) food and she's also feeding herself. She's reading a little, and trying to speak a little more (this would become better with time and practise!)
Her right leg's a tad inactive but then again she did hurt the left side of her brain.
Her knees are a little swollen but getting better.

Trinity College has decided to withdraw xuan's student visa. This would also mean that insurance will stop paying her medical fees. They have however offered to sponsor xuan's transportation home.

We're considering either TTSH or NUH.
She'll be home earliest 3rd Week of July!

so yay! will keep you all updated with exactly when :)
