    The Pirates are going with a bullpen game, and while those can be difficult to trust, they just won with one on Sunday with Lake Bachar starting, and he's doing it again. The Pirates are hot this month, having gone 13-6, with four of those losses to the Brewers and Cubs. The Cardinals have lost five of six and are sending Matthew Liberatore (5.36 ERA) to the mound.

    After the Reds' 4-0 win Tuesday, I like this even more. The Braves aren't packing things in before the playoffs, as they want to stay in a groove. The pitching matchup bodes well for a blowout, too, with an extra-rested ace Chris Sale taking on Andrew Abbott, who has been shellacked in his last five road starts.
