Our site welcomes newcomers, serves as a resource for Sherlockians, and encourages community members to share ideas. Inside this site, you will find information about the canon of Sherlock Holmes stories, adaptations of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle‘s works, information about connecting to Sherlockian communities (called scions), and ways we share in the Great Game online.

Sherlockian.net is supported by the team at WIDE Research, a lab at Michigan State University directed by Professor Liza Potts. Our goal is to provide learning opportunities for our students as we continue as caretakers of this website, a cultural landmark and an information portal for Sherlockians across the globe.
