Hey man! Do not stain your hands with blood. Mind what you do at home. If your sister, your wife, your mother, or your daughter are afraid of you for saying a word, or going somewhere, or wearing a dress, or doing anything they want and you don't, then know that you are also taking the dagger of oppression and hitting the root of freedom.

Hey man! Tell me, what is the difference between bleeding the tender heart of a woman who is at home and bleeding the body of a woman who is on the street??

(Messner and his book)

I was on mount Sabalan when I heard Reinhold Messner's name for the first time. No more than one year and half was passing from the time I had commenced to go hiking. The network was not widespread and publicly common as it is today. Indeed, the Yahoo was the oly website I knew!  All my mountaineering knowledge was limited to to what I had heard from my climbing mates and two or three volumes of a magazine I had read about the mountaineering.

I was climbing mount Sabalan for the secound time which I was excited for as it was a high one (4811m). Our teammate was excitedly and sweetly narrating the story of Messner and Peter Habeler on mount Everest and my soul, thirsty for knowlege, was sponging up every single drop of his words.

That day, I could not even dream about the moment I will buy Messner's newly published book to read in his own language!

A big thank you to my good friends of Mountainflower blog, who informed me of the existence of this book'.

(The sweetness of the first day of the year)

For blessing the new year, I gathered my favorite things on tha table: a red rose, a candel and a book
I picked up the book that I'm reading from a few weeks ago,  and I just got this point:
"...for delightening me, would be enough to have a candle that burns the darkness, among the folwers..."

and this sweetens evenn more my first day of the year!

Quote from :Khatru, by my good friend Riccardo Pro

(Unread books)

Don't keep only the read books in your library, but the unread ones. They may remind you how much you don't know.

Hafez Divination (فال حافظ)

‌The longest and darkest night of the year; the sadness of the short-minded people's actions; the Hafez divination; and his poem which made me speechless:
Don't let yourself being upset by others'reactions. Keep your way and go on!

Let not the pious judge the meek
Each for his own deeds will speak
Whether I’m good or bad, you judge yourself
You reap what you sow, find what you seek
Everyone is seeking love, sober or drunk
Everywhere a house of love, yet so unique
I submit my head on the tavern’s bricks
If you don’t understand, just take a peek
Let me keep my hope of eternal grace
Behind the veil, who is good, who the freak
Not only I fell out of virtuous path
My father too, treaded that path oblique
Hafiz, on your deathbed, bring the cup to your cheek
You go from the tavern straight to the heaven’s peak

(Sigh)

The moment you see people carelessly walk on something you've always dreamed to have, you really burn inside!

برف (Snow)
