Did you ever thought about your appearance??? Do you match your clothes???

I think, appearance is very important. Of course, I do not mean that, It is the main factor for knowing and judging  others. But I think a good and appropriate Look can be so impressive. I think, all of you have heard about the first impression. When you want to meet sb, when you look at her or him, What do you notice first???  Some people notice to his or her clothes, some others notice to Eyes and some others mention to the position while standing or sitting. But , I think clothes are more important than others. you know,  some people believe that appearence is not important and they do not care about it anymore.they believe that , others should only pay attention to their personality. They are always disorganized and never care to match their clothes. Even, In the last minutes, They are still searching for their socks. !or some women that when they are single, they are so organized and when they marry, they get an inappropriate appearance and they do not even use a perfume. and vice versa, some others spend so much time for appearance. I am not against it. But some people sometimes chose some very strange and inappropriate clothes that I think, they are trying to have the same covering same as people of the prehistory era that used to cover themselves with some leaves!!!

Did You ever become so ashamed for a funny mistake??? What was that mistake???

 I was seven years old and It was the first Day That I was going to Elementary school. In contrast of other students that were crying, I was laughing and Even I found a girl like myself and we became friends. It was the first break and we went to the yard. When I went to the yard, I noticed that There was a room in the yard and girls would go there and get some snacks. I have not seen a buffet before so I thought that It was a part of school that would give free snacks. I went there and I waited in the crowded line, and I strated to talk with My friend. When It was My turn, I selected some snacks and I wanted to go that suddenly , The seller shouted: Where is your Money???

me: Money???? It is not free???    The seller:       Others:

When I was 5 years old, One of our neighbours were a family who had a 6 yeras old boy and a 19 yeras old girl. I used to go to theri home and play with him. My mother and his Mother were intimate friends. Once, when I and My mother wnet to their home, his mother wanted to go the party and she had curly and kinky hairs. She was using hair dryer for make up. When she finished,Her hairs were around her head like a big black cloud , she came infront of us and asked:

-How do I look???

_her son:You are excellent. What a pretty Mom I have!

_Me: Wow......You looks like a lion

Me:     she:    My mother: 

I think My Mother blamed me for this issue for 1 year.

Did you ever think about saving sb life????

Today, When I was reading a newspaper, I saw a text that was about people who saved a person life and then, they died themselves. One of them, was a young boy who saved his cousin life But he drowned after saving his cousin life. or a firefighter who saved a family life when they were trapped in flames but he died after saving their lives. This matter was so strange for me. I had not thought about this matter deeply. I have read about them But I have not put myself in their shoes. You know, It is so hard to put your life  indanger. I really praise them. Or some other people , that after brain concussion,  their families give their permissions to transplant their organs to other sick people. I think it is so hard for their families. It is a priceless abnegation and devotedness.

What do you remember when you think about this season??? Do u like it??

To tell you the truth, This season is not My favorite. My favorite season is summer But this season is so nostalgic for me.  When I think about this season, I remember My elemntary school. It had a big Yard with sturdy trees. I can remember , Most of the times, It was raining. me and My friend, would walk under the rain and speak about the good marks that we had got. this season makes me to remember the sound of the bell of our school. The leaves of the trees were falling down and we would run over them and , The pleasing  rusting sound of dried leaves. When I was in elementary school, We had an old couple in our neighbourhood. Everytime, That , The weather was rainy, They would go out to walk under the rain with a red umbrella. Now, everytime, The weather is rainy, I can remember that Happy Couple with their nice umbrella.  This season reminds   me ,Buying different kinds of stationery. I can remember when I was entering grade one in elementary school, I was so excited to use my new notebooks and My colorful pencils. I had  put them into My bag, that, a little doll was attached to it And all of My classmates, Were crazy about that  doll. But after sometimes, I lost that doll and I am still homesick for that.

The first time that others blamed you: I was 4 years old and My uncled frogot to gave my present fro New Year . I reminded him for giving my present. 

The frist time that You regretted for having sth: When I was 5 years old, , One of my friends had a small wooden ship into a bottel And I was crazy about that. 

Your first dream that came to reality: I Really liked to have a high hill shoe.( plz Do not laugh). And I bought it when I was 7 years old but After buying it, I undrstood that How hard it is to put them!!!!.

The first food that you cooked: I think it was boiled egg. I boiled it of course!!!

The frist city that you traveled there: The first city that I traveled was Behshahr in north fo Iran. and I saw the sea for the frist time.

The first time that u beat sb: When I was in the first grade of elementary school, Our teacher would give present to the friends who had broken up and then Joined together again. My friend and I, manged an ostensible struggle infront our teacher  and we beat eachother , we broke up for 2 days, then we joined together and the Teacher gave us an eraser!!!! 

The frist present that u gave to sb: I was 7 years old and I bought an icecream for my Friend.

You first intimate friend: Her name was Marjan and We were friend when I was 5 years old. I really liked her.

Your first big failure: When I got 19 in my 6th orthography in the first grade of elementary school.

Did u ever think about innocent children in this big world??

At first, I should confess that I am crazy about children. I really feel sympathy for those parents who mistreat with their children. I know that, Nowadays, Most of parents have multiple jobs and Most of the times, They are tired. But, when a couple want to give birth to a baby, They should think about Everything. It is not a trivial issue. Even, they should cunsult with a psychologist. They want to bring a human to this world that needs Everything Even More than an adult. In our country, When a couple have a problem, some of their relatives or parents suggest them to give birth to a baby. After sometimes, they may get divorce and Who cares about that child destiny in a single parent family??

Another problem is That, There are stil some men who think that having a son is very very vital. They think , their sons will continue their generation. .It is the reason of some divorces in our country. Even, some men confer to hospitals for aborting their baby, after finding out that the baby is girl. I sometimes really cry for those babies. In protectories, There are so many girls that Their biggest sin was that, They were girl.

If I were a Flower: I would be acacia flower. It has a unique aroma and It reminds me The old alleys and houses. I would like to be hyacinth too. Because It reminds me the New Year.

If I were a fruit: I would be Orange. It reminds me my childhood becuase When I was a child, We had a big Orange tree in our yard in north of Iran And My biggest wish was to pick the oranges from the highest sprout.

If I were a window: I would be a window that faces a stone wall.

 If I were a food: I would be eggplant stew. It doese not have any main reason. it is just my favorite. Head and trotter is my favortie too, But I do not like to become like that.!!!!

Do you have any hero in your life??? Do you have any role model?? What is his or her quality??

  I have read so many posts about people who backbite, who do not pay attention to theri dears and withhold little happinesses from them But Now..In this post, I want to write about some good poeple that when you visit them, You find out that , there are still some good people in this world. Those poeple who always care about others . Of course, They never help or care about others excessively. Those people who are searching for every charity. Those people who some   others   call them naive and gullible. Some poeple are so good and well behaved that You spontaneously want to appreciate God for puting these kind  of people in ur destiny. Every person can find the opportunity to visit a good person like a hero in his or her life for 1 or 2 times. I don not mean to imitate every quality of that good person because It  is  kind of insulting to urself. But ....It can be great to imitate good actions.

When was the last time that you helped others?? Today, when a friend, asked me this question, I really found it very hard to find an accurate answer. When was it? When I helped a child to cross the street? When I helped an oldlady to Buy bread instead of me when I was waiting for buying bread?? This events were for long time ago. In recent years, I was really absorbed into my works that I hardly ever have spent time with my family . After thinking  abaout these issues, I really became ashamed. Did you ever think about it?

Hi. Did ever thought about ur birthday?? what do you like to do in this day?

I think  , Birthday is somehow bittersweet. You become one year older and You will have more concernes and worries But In addition, You have learned so many new things during this year and You have met so many good friends . Tomarow is My birthday And I have changeable feelings. I think it is so hard to become older and older. You should accept more responsibilities and Others expect you more.

Tonight , I finished the novel , Lovely Bones, And I should confess that It was a bad selection for My birthday . The novel had a bitter background But I Realy recommend you to read it. It is nice.

Are u an ostensive person???? Did u ever try to be yourself??? Do you have ostensive friends or relative or co wrokers?

Nowadays, Most of people are just pretending and lying. For example, When u are talking with them , They use(( Honey , Dear, I Love you)) one hundred times in one minute. But when you ask them to do a favor for you, All of them have an excuse to refuse you. I think then , you can just understand that All of that lovely complimentary words were fabricated . Of course, I do not mean that saying those lovely things is false No But If you really believe in them .When you do not like somebody, No one can force you to tell those nice things. Soem people really pretend that they love you and can help you in hard situations But In reality , They can help you but Do not.

I think it was about 3 months ago, And I was waiting in Bus Station. A young girl, sat next to me while she was speaking with her cell phone and She was using very nice words while she was speaking with her friend. Then She said(( Bye Bye honey)) and Ended her conversation  . After closing her cell phone, She frowned and Muttered(( The ugly and proud girl, jealous )). 

+ It was 3 days ago that My cousin came next to me and told me(( You are the best cousin. I really love you. I always askes my mother to bring me to your home)) .I became happy and answered(( Wow,I love u too honey)).   And she answered(( Yess, I love you so much,  so , Please give me your delicious chocolates?!))

What can make u so happy???? What is ur favorite works that u want to do them???

When I am writing this post, The window of my room is open and My room is full of the Unique Aroma of rain. I am really crazy about this weather. Of course I do not like cloudy sky Because it is somehow deppressing for me But I really like rainy weather. You know, Some enjoyments are in the world that are not compared with any others.

+ When you get an invitiation from one of ur old friends for an afternoon tea and When u go there, You will observe that ur friend  has prepared a chocolate cake for u Because she still remembers that It is your favorite.

  + When You are deleting ur spams and suddenly you find a nice email from one of ur friends or relatives.

+  When u forget ur birthday and during a busy day, You receive a short message from one of ur family members

+ When you are far from your home and your family, and when you want to sleep and Ur mother calls u to cover ur self and take care of yourself.

+When  you recieve a Box in your birthday and the present is hidden between 5 or 6 package and When you open the last package, You find a sock.

+ When u are traveling by ship and You can observe the nice view of sunset(I think it is one of the most beautfull scenes of the world)

+when You get up in the early morning and  open the window of ur room, The frist rays of sun will appear in ur room.

+When you cook a salty food and  ur family members do not mind it to you.

+When I was  a child, One of my biggest wishes was to have a house That all of furnitures were made of choclate And I am still hopeful to obtain this wish.

Do u have any blog???? Do you like ur blog?? What was ur goal when u created ur blog??

I think most of the people that are reading this post , have a blog. But I think they have different aims when They created their blogs. Some peple wanted to make their writing skills better and share their ideas with other. Some other people think that , A blog is the best place to write their memories and Ideas when Their families and dears do not know that they have a blog. Did u notice that most of people who have a blog are mothers who only can write in their blogs because noboday has time to listen to them?   At first, when u create ur blog, U think that the number of peple who come to ur blog and leave a comment is not so important. But when You write ur first post, You will understand that the number of people who come to ur blog is important. It means that more people are interested to ur posts and respect to ur ideas. But after sometimes, You will understand that you should not care about the comments and people who come to ur blog. You should care about ur ideas without thinking to others. Your blog is ur space. Your blog is very important. You can find so many good friends and find out their ideas and opinions.

+ I said to my brother:((you should study hard and become a doctor ...)) and he responded(( No,I  do not like to become a doctor becuase they are rich)). I asked him surprisingly(( you do not like to become rich??)). and he answered :(( No, I like my wife to love me for myself not for my money))( It was one of my friends memory)

Did u ever confront with a paralyzed person or someone who had a defect in his or her body???  what was ur reaction??

There are so many people in our country who are paralyzed Because Iran has the highest rate of accidents in the world. of course, being paralyzed might be a sign of an illness like poliomyelitis. Please think to this matter for one minute: What will be ur feeling if u become paralyzed when u are 20 or 30 years old????. u were abole to walk, run and do everything. I think, it is like a new start. It means that u should learn everything from the first steps. In these hard situation, Every paralyzed person needs some hope. He or She needs others to encourage her or him. It is so hard for them when others mock or  them for something that it is not their faluts. or when others express an unusual pity for them. I thin we should really respect them especially those who were strong enough to adapt themselves with their situation. It is not some people' right to mock them. Of course, it makes them sad for  a moment, but the shameful feeling always remain with the mockers. After reading a blog of a brave paralyzed girl who overcame her problem and now she goes to university and is so hopeful, I really was impressed for her unique will.

+I am so sorry for people who their best ability is to scorn and mock people even with an eye contact.

Did u ever think that u are so happy and lucky? when was the last time that you spent a whole day with others? when was the last time that u swang?

I think it was 9 days ago, When I got up, I  decided to have a different day. The reason of this chnage , maybe was that I was so busy in those days and I have not spent so much time  with my family. For the first step, I went to our balcony and I excercised. I really enjoyed it!!!!The enjoyable weather at 6 o'clock gave me enough energy for the rest of my day. After that, I called and cancelled all of my classes for that day. Then, I read my favorite novel for the hundred times. FYI, My favorite novel is (( pride and prejudice)). It is the first English novel that I read and I am crazy about it. After that, I tried to do all the projects and works that I have postponed them . It took too much time but instead, I really became relieved. . After Iftar,  we decided to go to the park with some of our relatives. It was so enjoyable for me to be with them after a long time. I think, I have not experienced swinging for a long time. When I was a little girl, I was crazy about it. I always was thinking that when It goes up, I can ghather all the stars. I secretly walked on the wet grass,without my shoes, and I really enjoyed.(thanks God that the Gardener was not there)). And I really wanted to eat((head and trotter)) in my different day But it was not possible.

+After a long time, I played with my little cousin. When we came back, She told me((you are the  Best cousin in the world)) and I thought that How easy it is to become the best one in thier minds    

+when I was swinging, My little cousin was nagging that, It was her turn for swingning and told me that ((you are not a child anymore, You should not swing)). when I insisted that I am a child, She convincingly told me (( no, you are not a child, because you do not  have a doll)). and I found out the most important factor to not be a child anymore.!!!!

+I am thinking that I should buy a doll.

What would you do without TV, Interent, cell phone or any other technology????

I am always thinking about this issue. I really do not understand why we are so addicted to technology. Of course, I am aware about  influences of the technology in our lives. It makes our life easier and faster. But some technologies, really disturb our lives.. For example, Did u notice that Tv one of these dusturbers???? Most of families do not speak with each other so much because they are watching tv!!!! It also makes us fat. Some people are used to eat infront of Tv and because their attention is only on Tv, They do not care How much they eat.  For this reason, There is a foundation for people who break their addiction to Tv in the world. Of course, It does not mean that By not watching TV and not being a couch potato, We should become  mouse potato. No.........I think the best way is to use them moderately.

+My 6 years old cousine, watches a serial which is about a girl who finds out that her parents adopted her when she was a child. Now, she is trying to find her real parents. Last week, she was so pensive. I asked her(( what are you thinking about darling?)) She answered (( I am thinking, when I find my real parents, should I live with them or with my adoptive parents????)).

Are you superstitious???? Do you think that some objects bring Good luck for u???

Superstitions are beliefs that are not based on facts. But I think Every person, is a little superstitious. There are so superstitious believes in the world and in our country.

-If u kill a spider, The bless will be gone from  your house.

-If u hear the voice of crow in the morning, It indicates that u will have a bad day.

-If someone passes the broom over you feet, It will lessen ur life long.

-If a hedgehog enter ur house, It is an omen of death.

Of course, The list of superstitions is limitless But theses are some examples. Of course, we have some other ways of superstitious too. for  example, I really think that Palmistry and omening by coffee or anything else are superstitions. I really do not know that why some people do not use  logics. I know so many people who pay a lot of money to take an amulet to be safe from devil eye. Some otehrs think that some especial objects bring them Good luck. One of my frinds think that an especial pen helps her to pass her exams successfully. Some people also think that when they are speakin gabout their accomplishments and happiness, tehy should say((knock on wood)). Of course, some people do these things just for fun , But  for some others, These superstitions really affect their lives. If you notice, There are even many couples who divorced just for this reason. 

+One day, when I was standing near the sea in north of Iran, I saw a sandpiper that was flying in the sky. A lovely little girl was standing near me. When I looked at her,She  told me that (( sandpipers bring Good luck)). This post reminded that memory for me.

Do you often forget important events like birthdays, anniverseries or other ones???? Do you often expect others to do everything for you???

Every one thinks that his or her birthday, is her/his day. people expect others to be kinder and calmer with them in this day. they expect others to remember this day and even give them a present. But in reality, they just confront with others who do not even remember them!!! . Nowadyas, In this crowded world, Eevery one just thinks about him/herself. I do not know  why, some poeple expect others too much. They expect others to  always    be their soundingboards and listen to them patiently. But when others want to speak with them, they are always busy. They expoect others to always call them and remember them, But they never call them back. Hmm....Human being is so strange. They always expect God to Release them from sorrows But they never pray God when they are happy. They  do every inappropriate actions But they always expect otehrs to be hones and good.

+My one years old cousin is watching her favorite cartoon,sponge bob squarepants. when I call her, she laughes at me with her two little teeth, and I obsereve all the purities in the world, in her eyes. 

+Coming another child to this world means that, the God is not still disappointed about human being.

Do you have any notable memories in Ramadan month???????

Ramadan arrived again. I have so many nice memories in this month. When I was a kid, We would gather around in My grandparent' house. My grandfather's calm voice, when he was praying, is indelible in my mind forever. The excellent aroma of the rosewater of Yellow rice pudding is also in my mind. I never forget the unique taste of the tea, which my Granmother was used to mix it wit hsome herb, which she believd that were very profitable for people who fast.

As u know, In this month, we should abstrain form eating and drinking from Dawn to Dusk. But we should also try to abstrain form backbiting and judging people and other sinful actions. But I  do not know why but When some people fast, They think that they are flawless and they can judge about others easily.

The moments of this month  are very valuable. We should try to change ourselves.

 I do not know why I decided to write about childhood, maybe It is a sign of becoming an adult. Because adults always try to remember those times and regret for the purity and uniqueness of it. Time passes very fast. Why ,when we grow up, we try to hide our real personality??? Even every adult can be homesick for some games like Hide and seek, home game. It is very interesting that most of girls like to have the role of mother in this game in their childhood, Because it makes them to feel that they are grown up. Boys want to accept the role of father. But when they become motehr and father in the real world, they will be sick of these real roles . Watching the cartoons and imagine about the characters of that cartoons for a long time is one of the most notable points of childhood . The best advantage of being a child, is that, we can not understand some bad habits and behaviours that exist around us. Of course, we understand, n but u are so pure that  we are pure that we can not think bad about every thing. I really miss those times nowadays. The world of adultness is full of limitations . Under the masks of evry stuffed shirt and superb adult, is  a naughty and stubborn child. The child who insistingly wants to stay in his/her childhood ...... Those days are gone!!!!!!

Are u optimist or pessimist? Where is ur Utopia and Dyspotia? Can u tolerate hard situations without nagging??

Nowadays, Most of peopel are pessimist. They are accustomed to observe the empty mid of the glasses. For example, when Most of poeple visit their old friends after a long time, they pay attention to How old is their friends and sometimes they express their idea about their friends !!!!!!!

When they confront a hard problem, they start nagging and even they complain to the God about their problems. They ignore every blessing that they have and  only think abot their problems. Most of people, when they get up in the morning, the first things they can remember is their problems, They do not  even appreciate God for their health. If u notice to other people in the morning especially in the big cities, Most of them are moody. They even withhold a smile form others and themselves.  If u notice, even most of blogs are full of complaining and nagging. Every person has some  peoblems in his or her life. But why some people are always smiling??? It does not indicates that they do not have any problems, It indicates that how strong they are. They do not squander their life time in nagging, they Prefer to spend it in smiling.

What is ur explanation about being strong????Can u get ur right????? Can u say ((no))?

  Some people imagine that a strong person is someone with a powerful body and big muscles. But nowadays, we should have a strong soul to deal with the problems. In the past, People's most  important problems were about food and financial problems. But nowadays, we have another problems+ financial problems. We should be careful about our friendships and relationships. Nowadays, even a friend or relative can betray. Nowadays, people for getting allegiance in a foreign country, even sell the secret information of their birthplace. The members of a family, visit each others rarely. How many girls escaped from their homes just for a quack amour???? This issues are not only related to our country. U can search and find out  the high rate of assaulting in foreign countries. In our country, most of people judge by appearnce. The most important element for getting a positin in an office, is favoritism.Every one can easily lie. It is our fault. We teach our chilren that ((saying lie is an unforgivable sin)) but we say lies in front of them for our advantages. with all these problems, we should be so strong. No one care for our right.Every one just thinks about her/his self . I know that all of these issues are stereotypic and repeating for u. but did u notice that sometimes it is necessary to pay attention to these repeating sentenceses???  .

Do you like your name?? Did you ever decide to change ur first/last name??? what is the meaning of your name??? Do you think that ur name is proportionate with ur personality?

This topic is about our names. When a couple give birth to their child, they try to choose an appropriate name for their child. Some parents Try to choose a meaningful name for their child. As u know, in our country, we do not respect to a person and we spend all his/her life with enmity and misconduct.After his/her death, we try to compensate, so we choose the name of the dead person for our children.But It is  somehow inappropriate. if we had a bad memory or bad relation with that person, we would not make a good relation with our children just for their names.!!!!!!!

you will become surprised, if u understand that every name has a special frequency and energy and It influence  our life. for exmaple, in some cultures, people change their names after spending a long time on sickness or difficulties. or when they become old, they change their names to obtain energy for this period of their lives.

Did u notice that ur name is relative to ur personality?? I am not sure about this, but I have seen so many examples that proved it. Is it right about ur name and ur personality??

What is so nostalgic for you? Do u have any secret place for relaxing? Did u ever become homesick?

Every person travel to many differents part of the world so many times in his or her life. he/she can be so far from his/her home and family. Even the apathetic and indifferent people become homesick for their homes and especially for their families. if you eat the most delicious foods in the most experience restaurants during ur journey, you will become homesick for ur mother's cuisine. if you rest on the most comfortable bed during ur journey, you will miss ur bed. Did u ever become homesick?

Some things are so nostalgic for some people. Even a bad song can be nostalgic for a person. for example, the song((Lady in red)) is very nostalgic for me because my best english teacher played it in her class ,I heard it for the first time there.  Every time, i travel to north of Iran, the sea is so nostalgic for me because it reminds me my childhood. The aroma of gardenia reminds me, my dear grandmother because it is her favorite perfume. What is so nostalgic for you?

Do u like to migrate to ur favorite country?? What do u know about that country?what do u know about th problems of migration?

I think most of people are interested to visit a new country with new culture. some young people demand for a scholarship in a foreign country .but some people in our country prefer to migrate to foreign countries. they have many excuses for migration. some of them think that Iran is full of restrictions. they complain about the lack of freedom of speech.  some others think that foreign countries have more welfare. some of them make an utopia from there .My problem is not related to migration. every person can decide for his or her life. But my problem is about those people who migrate to another countries and defame our country  . They appear in that countries awfully and they still name themselves Iranians. They express their ideas about our country. but they declare that it is the words of all the Iranians. I am talking about those people who try to do every inappropriate action for getting the allegiance from those countries. I hate those people who introduce Iran as a limited place. for this reason, other countries has an attitude from our country that is related to 60 years ago!!!!

 Every person sometimes, feel loneliness. loneliness does not just means that u are alone in the home or in another city. sometimes u are  with others, but ur thoughts are far away from theirs so u feel loneliness. what do you do if u hear that ur intimate friends are backbiting about u???. It is  somehow a bittersweet happening  . some people think that when others are  backbiting about them, it means that they are prosperous and even they are an  important person. But sometimes it is very painful , u understand that ur intimate friends that u were proud about them, are not  honest with u. It is not only about friends. This happening can be related to every part of society. People are not honest with each others. For example, when they do not like a person, their behaviour with him or her will be full of complimentary words. They can not be frank ,instead, they hide themself among the  sarcasms and mockery. they are so sank in duplicity and being two-faced , they can not even distinguish their real feelings. They have a different mask out of house, this mask respect others and likes every person. But their real face in the house, has the real feelings.

One of the best ways for increasing our information about every topic is reading different books. It is one of the most enjoyable activities for ur lieusure time. We need to know different things in different topics in this world. The best way for gaining information is reading. Every person, has different style for reading. some people like imaginary stories, some others prefers to read amorous novels. It depends to ur age. Every person in a period of time, is interested in a different kind of books. Most of teenagers are interested in amorous novels. some others has different questions about the foundation of everything . so they like to read philsophic books. In a period of time, they become interested to the political issues. so they read newspaper and famous books about the isms of policy. Some other people do not care about the topic of the book. they just want to experience and learn new things. so they read different kind of books.  

But nowadays, the rate of reading in our country is so low. what is the reason? most  of  people says that they do not have enough time for reading. most of people are so busy nowadyas, so they prefer to spend their free time with their family. But sometimes it is not a good excuse. You can manage for spending 15 minutes in a day for reading news papaer or books. Reading a new book is like  traveling to a new world with new people. It is so pleasing that u can spend a few minutes for urself in a new world during a busy day in ur office. So try to read a new book, Do not postpone it to the other time.
