    Reason for the nomination:
Unclear licensing chain. The file is credited to ゆーれー (Pixiv artwork 5230890), but the uploader states it was taken from a Flickr page (user “blackshade9”) that is no longer available. The free licence is justified only by a FlickreviewR result on a different file (File:HentaiYureeGame.png). Nothing shows that the Flickr account holder is the artist or was authorised by them to release the work under a free licence, and no VRT permission is attached. Scope and educational value: this is a fabricated mock-up (UI and dialogue added to an illustration) rather than a real eroge screenshot. It depicts an explicit sexual act, and its educational value is limited and could be met by non-explicit alternatives. Such value should be weighed against the fact that explicit sexual imagery displayed by default on widely read pages can be seen by minors, and laws on protecting minors from pornographic content apply in a number of jurisdictions (for example, France, Article 227-24 of the Code pénal). Additionally, the female character appears very young to me, although the art style makes it difficult to judge with certainty. I raise this as a concern for admins to assess, not as a conclusion.
