Greptile Summary

The PR adds an accepted ADR defining the future structure and intended scope of uds tools.

  • Replaces uds tools zarf with the existing shorter uds zarf command path.
  • Reserves uds tools for vendored utilities such as kubectl, Helm, and OpenTofu.
  • Documents alternatives, expected benefits, and the breaking-change consequence.

Confidence Score: 5/5

The documentation-only PR appears safe to merge.

No blocking failure remains.

This makes sense to me. tools just feels like a superfluous placeholder that aids the implementers instead of the users. I'll be happy to approve once others have had a chance to "vote" on this since it is a big change.

Generally like this approach! Have one comment that I would maybe like to see thought through a bit more in this decision
