Description

This PR replaces instances where we manually read zarf.yaml, to now use zarf helpers. This allows us to easily support zarf behaviors like multi-document parsing, migrations, and API-version behavior out of the box.

Related Issue

Fixes CLI-306

Type of change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

RetriggerConfidence Score: 5/5

[Medium risk] Refactors bundle artifact inspection to use standardized helpers.

The PR appears safe to merge with its stacked performance follow-up.

Summary

The PR changes local bundle inspection to read metadata directly from the archive rather than extracting an OCI workspace, and adds coverage for Zarf multi-document parsing and migrations.

  • No PR-file changes were made since the previous review.
  • The previously noted repeated-decompression cost is addressed in the higher PR in the stack.
