Rule insights dashboard generally available

The rule insights dashboard is now GA at both the repository and organization levels.

Why we built it. Rule insights already gives you the granular history — every evaluation, every bypass, every actor. What was missing was the macro view: are your rulesets actually doing what you intended across the org? Where is drift creeping in? Are you compliant, and can you prove it? The dashboard sits on top of rule insights to answer those questions at a glance, and every chart drills straight back into the underlying insights when you need the detail.

How to try it.

The documentation states we can filter the dashboard by ruleset but there doesn't seem to be any way to give the ruleset to the search bar.

Filter results by evaluation status, branch, ruleset, and date range to focus on the activity that matters to you.

Same for branch, the search bar rejects that filter.
Please fix this as those filters are necessary to make this dashboard even slightly useful.
