    Publish [OpenSSF Scorecard](https://scorecard.dev/) results for tox and
show its score alongside the [Best
Practices](https://www.bestpractices.dev/projects/16248) registration in
the README. The analysis runs through the shared workflow in
[tox-dev/github-workflows#42](tox-dev/github-workflows#42);
this repository owns its triggers and token permissions.

  2. 🐛 fix(scorecard): pin merged workflow (#4374) 

    The [first Scorecard
run](https://github.com/tox-dev/tox/actions/runs/41560454219) cannot
resolve the reusable workflow at its pre-merge commit. Pin the workflow
to the merged `main` commit in `tox-dev/github-workflows` so GitHub
Actions can start the analysis job.
