​日本語：気合で物理法則は曲がらない

​「精神一到何事か成らざらん」なんて、資源も戦略もない無能な指揮官が部下を死なせるための言い訳です。

​精神を集中すればどんなことでも成し遂げられる、というこの考えは、客観的な事実や限界を無視した「思考の暴力」です。どれほど精神を統一したところで、竹槍で戦車は倒せませんし、翼のない人間は空を飛べません。できないことを「気合が足りないからだ」と精神論にすり替えるのは、立案者の怠慢であり、現場への責任転嫁です。

​本当に物事を成し遂げるのは、高ぶった精神ではなく、冷徹な「計算」と「準備」です。熱い思いで目を血走らせる前に、最新のテクノロジーを導入し、勝てる確率を1%でも上げるロジックを組みなさい。精神一到して奇跡を待つのは、敗北を認める一歩手前の、惨めな現実逃避でしかありません。

​"Focus your spirit, and you can do anything." This is dangerous nonsense.

​Spirit cannot change gravity or physics. If you have a bad plan, no amount of "focus" will save you. People use this phrase when they don't have enough money, tools, or brains to win. It’s a way to blame your "willpower" for their failure.

​Winners don't rely on "spirit." They rely on "systems" and "science." Don't try to be a monk with a strong mind; be a scientist with a strong strategy. Don't close your eyes to concentrate—open them wide to see the reality!
