Updates the locked pklr version from 2.0.1 to 2.0.3.

pklr 2.0.3 preserves compatible field-pruned import views while evaluating object and mapping amendments. This restores hk configurations whose imported helper methods construct typed nested values, including the pinact v3 and knip strict builtin configurations that failed with pklr 2.0.2.

Cargo.toml already accepts pklr 2.x, so this changes only Cargo.lock.
