As I asked there... could someone who has this problem *please* give me a specific Bluetooth mouse/keyboard model number? And ideally which version of system software your Android device has? (Not just like, "Android 14" or whatever, but the manufacturer-specific build ID, which'll be a much longer string you can find in the About portion of settings.)

I have tried to reproduce this with MULTIPLE Bluetooth input devices -- keyboard/trackpad combos, Bluetooth mice, etc. -- and multiple Android devices (mostly Fire TV, since those seem to be the commonly affected ones) and cannot reproduce this, so further information to try to reproduce this would be great.

This is fixed for the next update! (thanks to Packetdancer's hard work and persistence. :)

There isn't yet a new build for Android, but the fix is in for when 1.3.33 gets pushed (likely in the next day or so).

But yes, it should include the one you were reporting.
