"Can't connect to steam" error

1.3.15 android version. When I try to connect to my pc, steam link says "steam unavailable". When I try to add another pc, I get "Can't connect to steam" error. Clearing cache, reinstalling steam link, older version of steam link, changing mobile data and wifi, including different providers - nothing help. With windows steam link app is the same problem. Few days ago everything worked fine. Any suggestions how to fix it?

I have the same problem. It was working fine until this morning. I think there's some kind of problem with the Steam servers right now.

I have the same problem. Yesterday everything worked fine, but this morning I can't connect to my PC. I've been trying all the options on the Internet for more than four hours, but these methods are not relevant. I checked the status of the Steam servers on the Internet - everything is fine. In the community, except for this post, there is no information about this problem. The developers seem to be silent, and contacting the support service seems like a whole ritual with a tambourine.

It really seems like the issue is definitely on Steam’s side, but there’s no announcement and no workaround being offered. It’s so frustrating that the only option right now is to just sit and wait. I only play through Steam Link, so this is basically locking me out completely.

Same, unable to connect to steam servers its saying. I think its steam side issue

Same for me, but i tried to connect my phone with a VPN (VPN server in my house) and my PCwas ON again and i can launch games etc...

But yesterday i was able to connect to my PC with steamlink and my data mobile 5G ...

I can’t get Steam Link (Remote Play) to work right now on either Wi-Fi or 5G.
Do you mean it only works if you use a VPN?
How is that even possible?

How is that even possible?

i tried to connect this morning at work with 5G and i can't access to my steam, so i tried to connect my VPN and i was able to acces to my steam PC at home again.

Maybe it's an issue with steamlink server

Guys, I came home from work and when I connect my phone to my home internet, I have a Steam Link connection to my computer. But if the phone is connected to a 5G network, the connection is lost again, even if the phone is connected to 5G via VPN. Conclusion: Steam Link can work, but under certain conditions. Perhaps you need to somehow configure the 5G network in a special way? Ideas?
