Spotify doesn t allow this. Only premium members can use 3rd party clients.

Hi

Does your question imply that there exists a Spotify app for the Steam Link that works with a Premium account ??
I have been searching for a way to do this for days (even tried to compile librespot with the Steam Link SDK) but no success so far :(.

Thanks in advance !

Just minimize to desktop from Steam Link, open Spotify.

Of course, there is this solution.
But I'm looking for a way to make the steam link run Spotify by itself, without having to start my computer.

Btw I found a solution to reach this purpose, but again only for the premium account owners.
I created a thread here with all the details.

Hope this helps.
