I use Steam Deck which is connected to my TV to stream my PC desktop. I play videos. After around 45 minutes the Steam Deck turns off - despite PC input activity and display activity.

I've been using Steam Link to stream my desktop and watch videos through MPC-HC. Because of playback performance - stuttering on visual big-area constant shifts/movement - I tried switching to Steam Deck.

I installed Steam Link on Steam Deck through Flatpak. I added the Steam Deck app to Steam as a third-party application. I configure Steam Link to connect in desktop mode (rather than Stea, Big Picture)

I connect the Steam Deck to my TV via official USB hub. From the integrated Steam mode, I launch the Steam Link app. I open a video and even interact with a PC mouse.

After around 45 minutes - despite playback and mouse interaction activity - my Steam Deck turns off.

I looked into the Steam Deck battery settings in Linux Desktop mode - but found nothing relevant/applicable.

Possibly the Steam Link app should indicate that it is still active to the OS in some way? Or is this entirely Steam Deck side - and also is missing a setting for it?
