Steam Link

Image Freezing, Audio Missing
I've lately been having some critical issues using Steam Link through my Pi. Basically, I start up Steam Link, am able to use it for maybe a minute before the sound cuts out, and then the image freezes a minute later. The entire thing becomes unresponsive. Killing the app or restarting the Pi and connecting to the "Game in Progress" gives me just the spinning wheel, no video and no controller response. I get audio for about a minute before it cuts out again. I have to restart my PC and Steam Link in order to start the whole process over.

I've tried messing with every setting I can think of. I've tried limiting bandwidth, limiting the resolution of the streamed video, I turned off Hardware Encoding, to no avail. I'm at a loss.

This morning, I tried to just use the web browser, no game. I enabled the Steam Overlay thingy, and I've got the image to share: https://imgur.com/a/z6HSSlQ

The screen froze up on the image you see. The weirdest part is, the "Incoming bit rate" and "Outgoing bit rate" values were still updating like normal! Nothing else was though, not even the frame rate value. It's like there was still communication, but something locked up. I don't know how to interpret most of the data I'm seeing. Would love for someone to tell me what is happening with my setup.

PC: Win10 x64, AMD card (dont remember which, it's a couple years old)
