issue with rpi4 and streaming resolution...
pc config
AMD Ryzen 5900x
32gb ddr 3600
AMD Vega56

issue is that streaming the rpi streaming resolution is 1920x1088 instead of 1920x1080
causing some screen artifacting.....

can be seen in the log starting line #226

rpi4 is running the raspberrypi os 32bit

tested on android steamlink also and this is works as expected....
also I'm using hevc in both cases....

all are set to 1080p
seams to be related to the hevc setting... disabling hevc and working on h264 works as expected at 1920x1080.....
there is no hevc software encoder... so I can't know if its because of the amd hevc encoder or the rpi4 hevc decoder..... but it's one or the other that seems to be the couplit....

doubt it..... i'm using hevc because I'm using wifi(NO I'm not using the onboard rpi4 wifi that's terrible....) and its more efficient both quality wise and bandwidth... also amd hevc encoder is a little faster than the h264 one....
don't get me wrong... it's totally usable its a little annoying that's all...

also its not happening in android app on an android tv/android phone so probably its rpi4 related....
