Hello all,

I am running into an odd issue with Steam Link on my Raspberry PI 4. I am on the latest version of Bullseye. I am trying to get Steamlink to automatically open upon reboot and I have had success with options such as setting up systemD and crontab (tried rc.local and autostart solutions but those did not work.) I am currently running just CLI not GUI to avoid the X11 issue. Now, the problem isn't so much getting steamlink to automatic start on reboot (which I succeeded with systemD and crontab methods). The problem I'm having is once it starts and I click on my computer to open the streaming to my PC, steamlink just decides to boot loop and return to the valve splash and launch back into the initial my computer selection. I noticed that I get no audio cue either, it just continues to loop. I can only seem to get steamlink to connect when I escape out of the steamlink app and then launch it manually. I've tried variations of sleep timers to put off starting the steamlink app (30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes etc...) and while they all succeed in opening the steamlink app I cannot connect to my pc and it loops to the valve splash and repeat.

It is only after closing the app manually and then launching manually does it connect and I get the noticeable audio cue that it succeeded.

Initially I thought it was the wait for network connectivity issue that I've seen mentioned but I selected that option in raspi-config and I figured with the sleep timers I would be far past that check.

Any thoughts?
