I was able to pair my steam controller via bluetooth with no problem. However, it seems like the controller is stuck in lizard mode (trackpad mouse works fine). In the steamlink app itself the controller is not detected at all.
Things I've tried so far:

installing the steam-devices package
adding udev rules
usermod my user (osmc) into the input group

some other info:

launching steamlink from a shell gives "Bad GET_ATTRIBUTES_VALUES response for controller at /dev/hidraw2 Could not get a full ble packet after 8 retries"

When I plug the controller via a micro-usb cable, it gets detected and works all fine.

The dongle is lost forever (absolutely no hope at all)
