This release is giving me some audio delay it seems. Everything else from input to video seems fine. Just audio having a half a second delay. I am using cat6 all the way through from pc to Apple TV. Please roll back :(

I'm not seeing any audio delay here.

• What version of tvOS are you running?
  
• Does it happen after power cycling the Apple TV?
  
• Can you send a link to the Steam logs\streaming_log.txt from your PC?

I was using 18.6 first, then tried the latest 26.2 just now but the problem persist. The model is A2169.

Also might be an important detail, the lag is both in-game as well as streaming the steam big picture mode gui.

I only noticed the problem starting somewhere in the last week, however it might just be at play longer and I didn't notice as much? The gameplay and inputs seem to be spot on, it's just the audio that has a half a second lag which is really noticable.

I even played over Wifi in the past and it wasn't as noticable, I thought running ethernet to it would make it better but no change. As you might see in the log, i tried fiddling with the settings but nothing seems to help.

I don't see anything obvious in the logs. Do you see the same thing when streaming to another device, like your phone?

Thanks for checking! I couldn't see anything weird myself either.

I tried the steam link app on my ipad pro over wifi and the experience was excellent. I guess it might have something to do with the audio processing particularly with the steam link app as the problem isn't there with streaming services like netflix or youtube. Also the apple tv GUI doesn't have the audio delay either.

Is there anything I can try? The Apple TV is connected to a denon receiver, for which the video output goes to a Sony Bravia tv.

Kudo's for the steam link app on ipad by the way, I never tried this but the experience is excellent! I will try it out some more at a later time :)

Also, after this I went back to the Apple TV and the problem is now gone.

Working in IT this bothers me to no end to see that nothing seemingly changed and the problem is solved. Upped resolution to 4K with 5.1 audio and streaming is perfectly acceptable.

iOS App v1.3.20 crashes on launch (Same as the macOS bug). Reinstalling and restarting ipad does not help.
I noticed that the macOS version had this exact same crash on v1.3.20, and it was fixed in the v1.3.21 update. It seems the iOS version is suffering from the same bug but hasn't received the patch yet.
Please push the v1.3.21 update to the iOS App Store. The app is currently unusable.

I’m not sure if this latest update is the culprit but just a day ago I changed my home setup around where I needed to unplug and replug everything. This coincided with the update. Now on the latest tvOS on Steam Link 1.3.20 I’m having issues where the image stops working for a couple of minutes at a time and then resumes to work wonderfully. Sound and inputs continue to work. The image on the host continues on without problems.

This is a beefy PC and all the connections are wired all the way from the host to the Apple TV. Just a couple of weeks ago I played all of Expedition 33 on 4k without a single issue.

The problem is pretty much the same as reported here https://www.reddit.com/r/Steam_Link/s/BDHiZTBk7x

I also tested with a Sony Bravia TV also on 1.3.20 and the issue also happens there.

Can you post a link to Steam logs\streaming_log.txt from the PC after this happens?

Are you able to get diagnostic logs from the iPad that shows where the crash is happening?

the hovering feature of apple pencil is not working again. it was fixed at v1.3.17 but this bug is reproduced
