Rewards usually consist of product samples, product bundles, or experiences that can be redeemed in exchange for points from your Rewards Bazaar. Another popular benefit of this free membership is its birthday gift, which is typically a gift set of mini-sized products. And speaking of sets and tiny bottles, those are two more reasons why we stan Sephora. Whenever a holiday rolls around, you can count on this mega beauty retailer for a wide range of gift and value sets. As for mini-sized products, Sephora makes it easy to pack for a trip. Sephora Return Policy
- Sephora lets shoppers return new or gently used products for a full refund to their original method of payment as long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Just remember to bring proof of purchase when you make your return in-store (as always, keep your receipts!).
- If you want to return an item from an online order, you can give it back for free (no return shipping or handling fees) at any Sephora location (your fastest option) or by mail if you use a pre-paid return shipping label. Give the retailer 30 days to completely process your return if you sent it in the mail. You should receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
