My husband and I released our first indie game on Steam. It didn’t do well, but we don’t want to give up. Starting again, we want to learn from our mistakes. This time, we start small: 2D, pixel art, 6 months of development. We are super excited about this new project!

My husband and I released our 2nd indie game, Idle Bookstore, a month ago. It had only sold 600 copies, with 5000 wishlists on launch. It certainly isn’t a great result, but we expected it. We’d like to share our lesson learned with you, if you are interested.

My husband and I released our second indie game about writing books and running a bookstore. A lot of players complained that we don’t have enough cats to adopt from. So we added more! Which one is your favorite?

We have released our indie game about writing books and running bookstores. Our final bookstore was designed with gothic theme, which is quite different from our usual cozy style. The contrast was a lot of fun to play with!

Idle Bookstore is out with 10% discount! We are so overwhelmed with joy by the responses from the lovely community of players and content creators! From the bottom of our heart, thank you! Now it’s time to cut the cake, eat it and take a nap!
