Initial Screening

  • Key Details: Awaited patiently after document submission, called in for interview once the verification was complete.

Main Interview (Technical, Managerial, and HR in one panel)

Panel Composition: Three interviewers (Technical, Managerial, HR) present together.

Technical Round

  • Duration: Approximately 30–45 minutes
  • Method: In-person
  • Focus: Assess skills and projects relevant to CV.
  • Key Questions:
    • Medium-level pattern printing question requiring pseudocode.
    • In-depth questions about technologies and projects listed on the CV.
    • Explanation of technology choices.
    • DBMS fundamentals and SQL: Writing and follow up on SQL queries.
    • Backend technologies used in projects.
    • Data structures, including HashMap and HashSet implementations.
  • Emphasis was on Java, SQL, and technologies mentioned in the skills section of the CV.

Managerial Round

  • Focus: Work attitude and behavioral assessment.

    • Commitment to stay beyond initial years considering fresher attrition.

HR Round

The panel was supportive; their approach felt structured yet friendly, emphasizing practical know-how and clear communication. Questions reflected a balance of technical competency and attitude, giving a positive impression regarding team dynamics.

  • Received a Ninja offer from CodeVita 2025 on March 13, 2025 (Thursday).
  • Gave the NQT exam on March 15, 2025 (Saturday).
  • Later, received an upgraded digital offer from TCS on August 5, 2025.
