  • VS Code Version: 1.57.0

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open notebook with three cells (Cell A, B, C, in order 1,2,3 respectively)
  2. Have cell A with an output that is collapsed.
  3. Try to move cell C between cell A and B

Actual Behavior:

Blue cell indicator cuts across the collapsed space area. Note: This does not occur with collapsed input.
