OpenShot 4.0 Released In Adapting Video Editor UI To Qt6

OpenShot 4.0 was tagged this afternoon on GitHub as the newest major feature release to this open-source non-linear video editing application.

The main change with OpenShot 4.0 and warranting the bump from OpenShot 3.5.1 is that the Qt6 toolkit is now being utilized. OpenShot has been ported from Qt5 to the current Qt6 version. A lot of code changes were made in moving to the Qt6 toolkit along with other UI enhancements in the process like a recording view and audio recording dock. There is also now live multi-resource recording timeline previews.

There are also new ComfyUI templates for audio denoising / cleanup / repair / voice enhancing, new shadow and glow effects, a new Analysis View, new film grain clip presets, YOLOv5 setup, a YOLO model picker for the Object Detection filter, and other improvements. The Microsoft Windows packages with OpenShot 4.0 have also been improved.
