This is the last lap of the race, so lets all JIAYOU. Then we can have fun and rock FOS, have fun and do our part for ARES :D Also, if you have any ideas for class outing, please inform me ya :) if we want sth like chalet we will have to act fast haha

Just some reminders.. it just seems like there are endless things to hand in, so its getting abit confusing

1) GP essay outlines ACJC on Thursday; typed out
2) History - Cold War essay outline on Friday
3) Econs revision package essay outline on Friday
4) Mdm Ng's class: Quiz on Tut 11B excluding MI on Friday
5) RJC essay outlines on Monday

*Note that venue for PW lesson next Monday is changed to B304*

For Ms How's class, she wants us to READ THROUGH SRJC prelims case study. No need to do the entire outline but she's gonna go through the extracts so she wants us to at keast read through and highlight first :)

HAHA SORRY HOCK! Good stress relief XD Last Thursday's GP lesson was just great! havent had such a good laugh for very long already :D

Anyway. It's MAF celebration this Saturday!

It's from 6.20 to 9.40pm. Take a day out from mugging and have fun in school la okay? Council has put in alot of effort into this, so lets show them our support!

IMPORTANT STUFF

* Festival of Sports 2008*

Fos will be held after Promos.

1)The competitions will be run on an inter-CT basis. The pariticpating CTs will accumulate points for their respective Faculty. The Faculty that accumulates the most number of points will be the Champion Faculty.

2) A total of 8 games will be contested, namely:

Field Soccer (Boys, 7-a-side + 2 reserves)

Street Soccer (Girls, 4-a-side + 1 reserve)

Floorball (Mixed, 4-a-sde, 2 boys 2 girls, + 2 boy and 2 girl reserves)

Street Netball (Girls, 4-a-side + 2 reserves)

Basketball (Boys, 5-a-side + 3 reserves)

Street Basketball (Girls, 3-a-side + 2 reserves)

Volleyball (Mixed, 6-a-side, 3 boys 3 girls, + 1 boy & 1 girl reserve)

Ultimate Frisbee (Mixed, 6-a-side, 3 boys 3 girls, + 2 boys & 2 girl reserves)

3) Each CT is allowed to register ONE team for each game

4) Each student is allowed to take part in ONE game only.

5) Restrictions on school players:

5.1 School players refer to team members (Basketball, Netball, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, and Volleyball) who were registered for the National Inter-school Championships 2008.

5.2 A team can register more than one school player per game. However, only 1 school player is allowed to play in a match at any one time.

5.3 If there is a mixed team, which involves boys and girls playing together in a match, a team is allowed to field one male school player and one female school player at any one time

ARES needs you!!!!!!! So boys and girls, please take on an active role, and volunteer yourselves for FOS :D Which events do you guys wanna enter? Just take note of the rules. I have to submit the form when school reopens so i'll really really need your help here!

Yingwei will be helping me with this, so someone out there who wishes to participate in any event, could you please try to ask around the class so that we can form the teams? If nobody starts initiating we'll never get it done :/ Everyone is highly encouraed to take part in an event! It's just a fun day for us to have fun playing games. Dont worry about not being able to play it well or anything or that you cant score for the class/fac because each participating team will be awarded 1 point already! We'll try to send as many teams as possible, but one person can only take part in one event, which means we really hope everyone of you out there can participate in 1 event :)

Sms/call me if you wanna participate in any event then yingwei and i can help you ask around to form a team so thats faster! :D

NEED YOUR SUPPORT EVERYONE! I'm sure you guys felt 'something' after reading Alvin's post, and instead of just sitting there waiting for sth to happen, it's time we do SOMETHING to make it happen. it's just simple things like showing enthusiasm for FOS! :DDDDD it's when we participate in things like that as a class, cheer for our class, scream for joy, or pat each others shoulders to ask each other to jiayou where we feel more for our class, and like what Alvin has said, to build up CLASS SPIRIT :) i will really really really appreciate it alot if we all can make things a teeny weeny bit easier for me by volunteering yourselves and form teams instead of having me to bug you guys again and again which i think you guys get quite sick of isnt it? Haha XD

TIME TO SHOW CLASS SPIRIT A11!!!!!!!!! Don't break my heart again! :P
