On Memorial Day, we went to the Logan Aquatic Center!!!!  Luckily it ended up being a nice warm day for us!!!  Unlike the rest of the weekend! It was nice to get one day of nice weather in before Beau and the kids had to leave for Wyoming!!

We have had a great start to our summer!!  We have been hanging out alot with Beau, Katlynn, and Brodie!!!  They make life pretty fun for Kaylee and I...  Many more fun posts to come throughout the summer:)

Fishing!

Kaylee and I got to go fishing this last weekend with Beau Dean and his family!!  Kaylee and I are two very lucky girls.....we fished, had dutch oven potatoes, and rode the 4-wheeler all day long!!!!  We had a blast! 
Loved hanging out with this sweet family and hope to do more of it again soon!!

Spring!

Kaylee and I got to babysit Jayda today! Luckily it was warm enough to go to the park for a bit!! We had a blast!!! I forget how fun kids can be at this age!!! Thanks Rand and April for letting us enjoy Jayda:)

Thankful for Aunt Lee

It's not very often that Kaylee gets mail... so when she saw a box with her name on it, she literally screamed!!! I kept asking her "who is it from"....but she kept tearing into the box full force!! She found inside what you see in the pic!! Isn't it beautiful!! Aunt FloraLee....your the best!! Kaylee is so excited to wear it to school tomorrow!! You are so very talented and we are grateful that we get to be spoiled by that talent!! Kaylee has wanted another one of these for a long time!!! And the colors match her room too!!!! So awesome job!!!! LOVE YOU AUNT LEE!!

Jessica

Got to go to dinner tonight with Jessica... our last time we get to see her!!! She goes into the MTC on Wed for a few weeks and then will be on her way to Albuquerque, New Mexico Mission. We are so proud of her and this decision... however, Kaylee and I are both sad to let her go. We all cried out in the parking lot after dinner and froze while we cried!! But we know she is doing the right thing and we will get to see her in a year and half!! That's not too long...right??? LOL!!! Kaylee and I may both need reminding of that from time to time:) We love you Jess and Good Luck!!!!

One year....

Only one year has passed since Grandma passed away... and that year seems like forever!!! Miss everything about her... and especially all that she did for me. Love you Grandma....

Wanna brag about my little sister!! She graduated with her RN from Weber State in December!! So very proud of her and all the hard work she put into getting to this point in her life!! She also celebrated her 23rd birthday on Jan. 23rd!!!(so cool huh:)) Had to post a cute pic of her party and her cute little neices!! Love ya Ally!!!!

Grandma's sweater....

As the year approaches to my Grandma Lamborn's death, I thought it fitting to show the tree we as a family did in her memory at the Festival of Trees. For many years, Grandma helped plan the yearly tree we did. She helped with whatever crafts we were making, and came down to help set the tree up. This year, we did it with her still...just in a different way! As hard as it was to even walk into the building, we all worked hard and pulled off a beautiful tree. I know she loved it!

Christmas 2011

It's been so long since I posted that don't even know where to start! So I'll start with Kaylee!!! She loves music... something I like to think I passed down to her:) For Christmas she got a guitar...she is now taking voice lessons...along with her piano lessons too!!! She has a beautiful voice that I love to hear! I love to tease her and tell her she will be famous someday...but even if she isn't famous....I love seeing her joy in music. Love you Kaylee... your Great Grandma is so proud of your talents!
