Winter Wonderland

We were planning on going to the South Hills to do our family Christmas picture this year, but we didn't make it up, so when it started snowing on the Sunday before Thanksgiving I thought it would be pretty to have some pictures while standing in the snow. I think the photos turned out good. Brayden is now 5'8 3/4 his is almost as tall as his dad. He has grown more than six inches since last December. I really think that he will tower over Andy by the time he is done growing.

Halloween

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time in Lander for our family reunion. It was the last time that we were able to be together as a family. My cousin Brent put on a wonderful firework show and all the grandkids had a wonderful time hanging out together.

Family Reunion

This year for the 4th of July we are heading to Lander, Wy. My cousin Brent puts on a huge firework show set to music for the whole town. The last time I went to see this Brayden was only 2 years old, but do to work commitments we haven't been able to go until now. My sister Amy who has terminal cancer decided to make this a Snyder Family Reunion. The last time we all got together was in 2006 when my grandma past away. My brother Matt and his wife Marnie have the farthest to travel. They are flying from Georgia and unfortunately they are unable to bring all of their children so we will be missing them. Most of us are leaving on Friday then Saturday we are going to get together to have lunch and take pictures. Saturday night we are going to Brents house for dinner then we will get to pick our prime spots for the firework show. I am looking forward to spending time with my family, but it makes me sad because the next time we all get together again may be at my sisters funeral, I hope that is not the case. Happy 4th of July to all and don't get burned playing with fireworks.

Growing Taller

I can't believe that my baby boy is now taller than me. We measured him on February 15 and then again last night, he has grown about an inch in a six week period. He now measures 5 feet 6 inches. Where does the time go. I now that when he is done growing he will probably measure around 6 feet. I keep telling Andy that one day Brayden is going to be taller than him then he is going to be in real trouble.

Hair Cut

Brayden hates to get his haircut and usually during the winter his hair gets so long and it drives me crazy. I usually get to the point where I know that it is a fight that I can't win so I just wait it out until he tells me he is ready to get it cut. I don't like his hair long because I can't see his face or his beautiful blue eyes.

Teenager

Brayden is now a teenager! I can't believe how fast the years have gone by. I feel so blessed to be his mom. He is such a good kid. Happy Birthday Brayden!
