Fun in the snow

Yesterday Sam and Brielle went out and played in the snow and made a snowman

She seriously loved it and had so much fun!

She kept eating the snow and wanted to bring it in.

She really got into it and was a big help

Brielle's First Dance Recital

Last week was Brielle's first dance recital and she was so excited to wear her "pretty

princess" dress and put on makeup. She is seriously such a girly girl, I LOVE it!!!

Once she got up there she ended up crying a good portion of the dance

but she did shake her hips a bit and after she asked to do it again.


She seriously loves dance and enjoys going every week!

It's so crazy how fast she has grown up! She is now a chatter box, which makes nice to finally know what she wants all the time. She has also gotten so independent, she always has an agenda or something she wants to do. She loves to just hang out and has gotten so loving, it melts my heart when she says "I wuv you". I seriously don't know what I would do with out her she has such a sweet spirit and is such a good little girl, I am lucky to have her!!

She is still shy in class, but when we leaves she asks

to go back for more dancing, so she seems to like it.

What we've been up to....

I decided to post a little bit about what we've been up to this summer. It has been kind of crazy, We decided that Sam should focus more on school so he can get done faster, so as of Aug I started working full time and he is now part time. It has been a bit of an adjustment, but I really don't mind it, especially because I know it is only for a short time, it does make life a little crazy and I am so lucky for my mom who willing takes Brielle for us here and there. Other than that we have had an action packed summer and here are a few pics of what we have been up to. We have had a fun summer hanging out with friends and family!!!

It was a much needed vacation!! It was great just to sleep in

and lay by the pool. And did I mention how nice it was to shop

with out a kid!!!

We went to the demolition derby with the Gibby's, Aste's,

and Fry's. Brielle loved watching the cars battle it out.

We did a lot of swimming in the backyard.

Brielle loves the water, I swear we spent lots of hours out there!

I went with my mom and sister to stay with my aunt.

What a blast. I even won $160 on the penny slots!!

7 Years Down

Our newest addition

Meet our new dog Lucy. She is a brittany spaniel. Brielle LOVES

dogs so I guess it is about time we have one.

Brielle loves having her, she even goes out every morning and drinks her

milk with the dog, they are such cute frends!

Brielle's 2nd Birthday

We celebrated Brielle's 2nd birthday last

week. I seriously can not believe how fast time has gone.

She isn't a baby anymore, she is a independent little person.

I Love watching her grow and learn every single day. There is not a day that goes by that she doesn't surprise me with something new. She is such a sweet girl and loves to give loves, which is my favorite! She always has an agenda, whether is be emptying something or moving stuff around. She loves outside and dogs, she also loves cuddling up at night to watch a show and drink some milk. We are so lucky to have her!!

My sweet grandma

Last week my sweet grandma passed away. As always funerals are sad, but one good thing is that it brings family together. Her funeral was held in Idaho, so we went there for a few days. My grandma was very sick and has been for years. She suffered from Huningtons disease and has been sick since I could remember. She was such an amazing woman and acomplished many things in her life before she got sick. She had her own children's tv show and opened up Mother Gooseland in Island park, and she was also an amazing writer. While at her funeral I heard many great stories and learned alot about her. I am happy that she is finally in a better place.It was very nice to hang out with family and see people that I had not seen in years.
