Today Lizzy turns 10!

We love here sooo much! Here are 10 things we love about our Lizzy:

1. She is a huge helper! She is always willing to help when asked (with a little prodding!)

2. She loves here little sisters. They want to be just like Lizzy!

3. She is doing GREAT in school! Her teachers just love her!

4. She has an AWESOME sense of humor! She can tell some of the silliest jokes!

5. She loves to sleep in on the weekends! She always tells me on Thursday night, wake me at 10 in the morning!!!!!

6. She loves her cats and dogs! When the weather is warmer, she can be found outside with the cats and dogs!

7. She has the cutest smile and is very photogenic!

8. She can always tell when something is wrong and immediately wants to know what it is!

9. She has "rabbit ears" and gets into trouble when she listens to some of our conversations, but we love her for it!

10. And, WE JUST LOVE HER!!!!

Parties!!!!!

We started the holiday season off on December 4th, with a Family Christmas Party!!!! We had sooo much fun! It is always GREAT to get to see family. Unfortunately, Mom and Dad weren't here to spend it with us, but we are all planning next year's party already!! Aunt Debbie practicing Christmas Songs with some of the girls! They were singing so loud, it was hilarious!!!!

More of the Grandkids! We were missing a couple, but they had a blast!!!!

This year instead of exchanging individual gifts, each family bought a board game for another family! The kids had soo much fun with this. Once they were opened, the games were played!

After opening gifts, we ate dinner and then headed into the nursing home to sing some Christmas songs!

Kathy is explaining that we are going to sing to the residents and if they know the song, to sing with us!!!!

More singing! We had sooo much fun! There was lots and lots of laughter! We can't wait until we are all together again!!!! Love you guys!

Temples . . .

The best part of our trip to California was getting to go here . . . .

California Redlands Temple!

On Friday morning instead of hitting all the great sales, we were here, doing Rick's Temple work. Bo's dad has been gone for six years and we finally got his endowment work done! It was such a GREAT experience and the Temple was simply gorgeous and so peaceful!

The neat thing about this temple is That it has the most beautiful Stained Glass window of Joseph Smith. It was found in an LDS Church building built in the 1930's in San Bernadino. It was reconstructed and put in this Temple! AMAZING!

So, this was the end of our trip and then we headed home, but it was most definately the high light! Thanks for going with us, Bobbi, Craig, Vicki and Jeff! What a GREAT experience!

Thanksgiving!!!!

Better late than never, right?

We had such a GREAT Thanksgiving! These Pictures are backwards, but oh well! After dinner and everyone letting their food settle. We took the kids out back and let them decorate fall shapped sugar cookies! They had a blast!
When the Clark's get together, crazy things happen. This is a wool bikini bathing suit that Grandma Bobbi made! Isn't Bo a GREAT model! So HOT!!!!

And, once again, the kids got back in the pool on Thanksgiving Day! It wasn't any warmer, but they still had a lot of fun!

Bo and I were in charge of the Apple pie for dessert! We took our own Apple Pie Filling that we canned this fall, and I made the dough and took it with us! We got it all rolled out, and for the holes in the top, well . . . this is what you get! I don't like Apple Pie, but they said it was super yummy!

Once again, thanks to Grandma Bobbi and Grandpa Craig for hosting such an Amazing Dinner! It was AWESOME and we are so thankful for such GREAT people in our lives! We LOVE YOU!

California!

Once we made it to California, the first thing the girls wanted to do was get in the pool! Keep in mind the weather was perfect during the day, about 85, but at night . . . well, it got chilly! So any heat that was in the pool went away when the sun went down!!!! Brylee in the hot tub! She wouldn't even try the regular pool! It was way too cold!!!!
Lizzy - The Fish - would try the big pool! It was cold, but she said you got used to it! No one believed her and she was the only one that got in the first day!!!!

The Hot Tub was a little cold at first, but once it heated up, it was GREAT!

The Fish once again! She would live in California and Swim everyday if we would let her!!!!

Circus Circus

So, we went to California for Thanksgiving this year. On our way down we stopped in Vegas and had a little bit of fun at Circus Circus! The girls weren't real hip on the rides, but they did go on a few. We scarred Brylee by taking her on the ship that goes back and forth and gets higher and higher! She wouldn't go on another ride after that :( We felt really bad! Lizzy and Mikki on the Airplanes!

We had a good time at Circus Circus! After that we headed down the Strip and ended up having lunch with some cousins and then hitting the outlet malls! What a GREAT day!

Miss Brylee just loves Roofus! One day I found her watching cartoons and holding Roofus like a baby doll! He doesn't seem to mind and she is simply in heaven!!!!

Okay, I know I am way behind on blogging and I promise I have pictures to post, but I am super busy! I will get to them one day this week. So here is a little tid-bit to keep you going until then.

So tonight I made cheese potatoes. As I was putting the sauce over the potatoes, I realized that I should have used a bigger pan (the sauce was running over the sides :)). I got it all completed and was about to put them in the oven when I turned the pan and seen another mess that I made with the sauce. So this is how my conversation with Brylee begins:

Mom: Oh my goodness, look at this mess!

Brylee: Mom? Are you going to KICK THE BOWLS A**?

Mom: What? Who's butt am I kicking?

Brylee: The Bowls'!!!!

Sorry I just had to share that! She is too hilarious!!! That is one that should be remembered!!! Love to all!!! I will post pictures soon!!!!

JJ's New Friend

Actually, it is a Monkey stuffed animal that our nephew, Liam, got for his birthday! It got left on the floor one day and when I got home, this is how I found JJ!!!!

Halloween and Trunk-or-Treat

Okay so when Saturday finally arrived, we were all super excited. Lizzy was feeling better and so we got all dressed up and headed out for a couple of hours of fun! The three wild women!!!!
