Creative Moment

What do you do when you want to do something creative, but you have no ideas of your own and no budget to buy something...?

Search around until you find someone else's creative idea. I don't remember where I saw it, but I had fun making these wall decorations for Lilly's new room. I just used 2 sheets of scrapbook paper (various sizes), made fans, glued them together and taped them on the wall.

Looks pretty good, even if I do say so myself.

Spring Layout.

I'm making changes again. I decided our normal template looked a bit wintery, so I have come up with one for the spring, and will have a summer and fall one too. They all follow the same theme, just different colors. Why change a good thing? (Read, why do more work than I have to?)

Changes, Continued.

Not satisfied with just updating the blog, I have made some serious layout changes to the photography website as well. Now, for those of you who did not realize I even had a photography website, fear not. The old site is still visible (temporarily) by clicking the appropriately labeled image below. You can visit the new site in the same manner. The Temple Galleries are currently under a redesign as well. At this time, they are only visible in the old style (though through either layout.)

As David Bowie once said, "changes."

We felt it was time to spice things up. Since we did not feel quite up to the next stage in home remodels, we remodeled the blog instead. Those of you using a feed subscription may want to just hustle on over here and check things out.
