First day of school

My little girl has gone off to her first day of school. She is at the elementary school in a PreK program, full day schedule. I think she is going to do really well and enjoy her experience. I got a little choked up sending her off, but have enjoyed the day with just the boys. Looking forward to a great year!

The kids at the library, our final stop after Touch-a-Truck and Chick-fil-A. They both dressed themselves. Ian is wearing a size 6 month outfit that he found in Declan's room: a onesie and pants. He did not want to take them off, so there he is!

Touch-a-truck

Our local Chick-fil-A sponsored a Touch-a-Truck day this weekend, and I took the two older kids to see and get inside a police car, a couple delivery trucks, a cement mixer, a school bus, a prisoner transport van, a locksmith van, and a fire engine. Boy, were they happy! And we got a bunch of free Chick-fil-A stuff, in which we immediately indulged.Hope none of my kids ever has to ride in this prisoner transport van!
