Last night for Family Home Evening, we made a paper countdown for when Grandma & Papa will be home from their mission in Chile. The girls had a great time color the paper strips with cute little designs. Emmy spent a lot of time doing very detailed designs. Alison got a purple crayon, her favorite color, and drew a single squiggly line on each strip she designed. She was very proud of her lines. We stapled the chain together, and I hung it up in our living room window so that we can remember to remove a chain each day. The girls love the chain.
Emmy took off the first chain this morning. Only 86 more days!
