Halloween!

 The girls kicked off their Halloween festivities with a trip to the pumpkin patch with Bubbe and Papa T. to pick a pumpkins to carve (Lucy) and draw on (Jane). They were successful on both counts!

For the big day itself, Lucy dressed as the Tweedle-Dee to her good friend Lucy W.'s Tweedle Dum while Jane first dressed as a ballerina, then a princess, then a cat, then finally she just donned her jimmies and went to sleep. A fun time was had by all!

10 Months (and a week)!

No matter how many new hobbies, skills, or adventures Jane experiences, any time with her beloved Lucy will always rank as the number one favorite!

Living It Up Hawaiian Style

 Lucy and Jane rang in 2018 in Kona! The girls loved splashing in the pool together...

 and separately! They explored the island, made leis and hand crafted tiki skirts. Okay, technically Lucy only is the crafts.

But Jane enjoyed her time in Hawaii just as much!

Lucy's 10th Birthday Bash!

 The day after her actual birthday, Lucy had her closest friends over for fun, laughter-filled party!

The kids joyfully sang the birthday song to Lucy before scarfing down cupcakes that were piled high with frosting! They also loved drinking out of bone-shaped water bottles which went along with the theme of "Rescue Dog" that Lucy had decided upon. Continuing with the theme, each friend 'adopted' a stuff dog and instead of a gift for the birthday girl they brought dog toys to donate to a local shelter. Fun and doing a good deed?!? Now that's Lucy's kind of party!

3 Months of Being Sisters

Happy 1 Month Birthday to Jane!

 Today Jane is a whole month old! She loves being cuddled, sung to, and of course, her nightly

story time with her big sister! Already Jane follows Lucy with her eyes and quiets at the mere sound of her beloved big sister's voice. It's so sweet to see these two develop such a close bond already!

Love at First Sight

Lucy met her new sister only hours after Jane was born and it was utter love at first glance. Jane immediately calmed down once she heard her big sister's voice and Lucy could not stop snuggling, singing, gazing, and just beaming at her sister!
