1 I have to shave almost my entire body in the shower every other day. well maybe not my entire body but it feels like it sometimes.
2.I don't really like dogs. puppies are OK but dogs are just obnoxious and gross.
3.I hate reptiles of any sort. snakes lizards turtles whatever has nasty feeling skin.
4. I think Clorox smells kinda syrup-ey
5. I am a girl who doesn't absolutely LOVE Chocolate. I prefer caramel.
6. plugging my nose makes me feel a little claustrophobic.

Carter is 5

I forgot the most important thing in my last post. After the picture of me by the river, that is the last picture I got because I got up to go take a picture of Tim's fish he caught, and I looked down and realized my camera was not in its case and found it in the river !!!! So I got a new camera, it is pretty sweet!
anyways back to THIS post. I can't believe Carter is 5, it doesn't seem real.

Haven helped me make Carters cake...and eat the icing...
We had a dinosaur party. I had dino foot prints leading up to the door.
I drew big footprints on the sidewalk with a "happy birthday carter" too.

I made a dinosaur pinata, but it took soo long and when I was finished its head fell of after I popped the balloon inside anyways, so I went a bought one. for future reference I recommend buying them, they are worth the money!! they aren't that expensive even.

Carter was very excited about his presents. We gave him darth vader costume and light up light saber. ( which works out perfect for his Halloween costume this year) 2 for 1 score!!

Camping

A few months ago we bought our very own camp trailer. this is actually the second time we have used it but I forgot my camera the first. pretty cool huh?! we love it! Here is our camp site! ( carter getting ready to splash in the shallow river with his rain boots)
We drove up stream to do some fly fishing. it was SO gorgeous where we were.
I found a comfy rock that was shaped like a recliner and just took in the scenery and serenity. I didn't pack my make up bag so this is the only pic you get of me :) with my camping pants. lol
Apparently the love for throwing rocks in water is genetic. I absolutely loved it as a kid, and still like it sometimes now. I am sure my nearby fishing brothers didn't like it so much though. but anyways, Haven found her love for it on our trip. we would load up her shirt with rocks and walk close to the river so she could actually make it in the water.
The big wind up.....

"Yay it got in the water" she claps. p.s. if she didn't make it in the water and sometimes even if she did but she could still see it, she would HAVE to find that EXACT rock and throw it again. funny girl.
Here is a look inside the trailer. it is a 1984 18 foot trailer, just what we wanted and just what we could afford. Carter is up on the bunk.
Here my family is eating a wonderfully prepared meal. Haven likes to show off ;)
Who doesn't love to sit by the fire. that has probably always been my favorite part of camping.

p.s. This camping trip was about 2 weeks ago, but I haven't made a lot of time for posting because of this dang book I am reading. I am not an avid reader, but I enjoy it if I can find the time and it has to be a really good book. Well to say the least I am obsessed , being 3/4 of the way into Stephanie Meyers twilight. I love it but I dread the fact that I still have 3 books to go and I am totally sucked in and know I wont want to stop. every day I have to make myself clean my house and put the book down or else it looks like a disaster. thanks for mentioning the book to me Meg, Mellisa and Kelly :)
