My sister had told me her theory about why the "after the rose" ceremony is secretive. So after last night's episode Chris and I did some research. And we discovered that Brooke's theory may be right. She told me that Jason does pick Melissa, but since then they have broke up. And now he is now dating Molly. That is why it is the most dramatic rose ceremony ever. Because he decided that he made a wrong decision and now is back with Molly. Nice. I have a few questions like why would Molly take him back after being dumped on National TV, but whatever. He should have picked Jillian. She was so great. Ooooh maybe she will be that the next Bachelorette. Oh that would be so exciting. She is so cute and everyone loves her. I have to say I never liked Jason, I just love watching the show. All 17 seasons of it!

So we will see what happens......if this is true. I really don't like Jason.

{new hair}

So Ashley has been asking for awhile to get her hair cut like the American Girl "Kit." I finally gave in and we did it.

She cut 10 inches off. It's shorter than we had wanted to go, but then she decided to donate it to Locks of Love and went for it. I'm proud of her and her sweet heart. She told me after we were done that her principle's son has cancer. And she wanted to do something to help. What a doll.

She looks so old I can't believe it. But She does look like Kit. So she is happy.

And it will grow back.

{rainy days}

What are these crazy girls doing in the rain? Well, playing.

We have been getting quite a lot of rain lately. Which is good come summer time and we want to go on the lake. But we have been getting restless trying to keep busy inside. I was so tired of movies that I went got my bathing suit on. When the girls saw me they went crazy.

The minute we got in the spa it started to pour. So I wasn't about to let that stop us, so we made shelter and cranked up the heat.

We stayed nice and warm under our "tent". Our view under the "tent".

Of course the "Mom, take a picture of us under water."

It was something different to do on a rainy day. I'm pretty sure the girls will remember it for awhile or at least until it rains this weekend. I'm in trouble now, no more excuses of "No, we can't get in the spa . It's raining."

{bachelor}

So I love watching the Bachelor. I know it can be lame. Last night I couldn't stop thinking about it. I don't even like Jason. He has always buggged me. But I still watch the show. But who will Jason choose? Here are my thoughts....

Molly.

She is cute, but young. I mean is she really ready to get married and be a Mom. She doesn't really show her family affection, but she is gonna all of the sudden be a great Mom. Whatever. I think if Jason picks her, they will breakup.

Melissa.

She is happy and bubbily, cute and pretty, shows affection. And says she is ready to settle down. Really both of these women are telling Jason what he wants to hear. But if he REALLY was looking for a wife and not just some hot girl to fool around with he would have choosen Jillian. I do think it is Melissa that he will choose. But whatever they will breakup whoever he chooses. They always do. Although I keep thinking it will work out. I guess that is just the romantic in me.

I started this calendar back in December when we were at North Star. I finally finished it last week. I just had to post it. I'm proud of myself for finishing a project.

For breakfast we had pink heart waffles with sprinkles.

Our teachers gifts

Cupcake take-alongs...basically everything to make valentine cupcakes.

Leah brought these for her class.

And these were her valentines mailboxes to bring them in.

Ashley wanted to make these.

Here is how ours turned out.

We had to label them "Soap Do Not Eat!" She said the kids didn't really like them. I thought we were clever to bring something other than candy. But I guess that is what Valentine's Day is all about....Showing me the CANDY!
