Barely Above Water

I am so behind in my blogging that I don't even know where to begin!  I love keeping a blog and having a family journal along with pictures but I just can't seem to find the time to keep up with it.  I'm lucky to have all four kids alive and well by the end of the day!  :-)

4 kids is super crazy busy!  I'm don't know how people have more than 4!  I guess you just adapt and survive!  Or maybe I have finally hit that "number" that people say, "It doesn't matter after you have "said number" of kids".  I do wonder if this is true!  I was watching a 4 yr old boy for a little while and it really wasn't much different than having my 4.....so!  That does give me hope if we do have more kids :-)

Anyway, without further ado, here goes some blogging!

PS:  I always date my posts on the day they actually happened....not the day I blogged about them.  So, if anyone really does ever read this, you'll have to do some searching for new posts.

Crocheting Chevron

I have been selling these crocheted chevron blankets like CRAZY!  I have had to ask my Mom to help me fill orders!  It was been great!  I have been able to pay for my kitchen to be redone and my front yard to be landscaped.  I'm hoping to save up some more money for new couches!  I'm thinking about starting up an ETSY shop so I can get my couches!  I already have them picked out :-)  Let the crocheting continue!

Hole-y Jeans!!!

Cole goes through jeans like crazy! Seriously! It is insane! I just bought all these jeans from a lady on Cache Valley Classifieds and every pair has a hole! I need garage sales to pick up so the kid doesn't look like an orphan at school! There is NO WAY I am buying this kid NEW pants! Maybe a trip to the DI will have to do!

On Fridays, my mom picks up Kaylee and Cole to take them to school. I have them line their stuff up so they are ready when she comes. Well, of course, Tenley needs to do what the other kids are doing! So, she packs up her stuff and lines it up too! Cutest thing! This time she packed her giraffe (Ducky), binkie, and some balls. When Grandma gets here, she puts all her stuff on and goes a whole 11/2 blocks away to take Cole and Caden (my brother) to speech class, then comes back to the house. She LOVES it!

What in the World!?

So you know that stain remover going around on Pinterest? The one with blue Dawn and Hydrogen Peroxide. It is AWESOME, right!! So awesome that it does this to the paint on your dryer! User BEWARE!!

Trying out the Jumper

He is still too short for it but the Dr. recommended trying one to strengthen his neck. Well, he didn't love it but he didn't hate it. I think we will just work on tummy time for now! The Dr. said to just do it.... Even if he screams ... it is like his exercise, he just has to do it! Don't we all want to scream and cry sometimes when we have to exercise?

The crazy thing is that he used to LOVE being on his tummy.... And it was the only way to get him to sleep.... Not sure what happened to that! But whatever we have to do to avoid another helmet in this family! :)

Thoughtful Husband of Mine

I have been craving a rich fudgy (auto correct put fishy... haha.... most certainly not craving a fishy choc cake!) chocolate cake for some time now! I have not indulged in my craving because I'm trying to lose weight for our upcoming cruise! Yep! We are going on a cruise!! Can NOT wait!

Well, Dave surprised me with one homemade by him!!! So sweet!! I had to eat it right?! I mean, that would just be rude and mean of me if I hadn't, right?!

Balding

If you come to my house or are around me at all, chances are, you will most likely get my hair on you!! It is falling out like crazy!! I just might go bald if I have anymore kids!! I'm not sure how my mom still has ANY hair!!

Big Sister Tenley

Tenley LOVES Tyce! It makes me so happy that we had them so close.... Well, it wasn't all our doing :) Anyway....

I got up from nursing to fix Tyce a bottle, and Tenley quickly took my spot! When I came back, she reached her arms out to hold Tyce, so I placed him on her lap and then she reached for the bottle! So cute! She knew exactly what to do and she fed him for awhile! I hope she always loves him this much!!
