New Pets at Lisa's - Febraury 2014

We stopped by Lisa's, to see the new bearded dragons, Isaac was loving every minute, Lisa wears rubber gloves to handle time it was about the funniest thing ever.  I was surprised how calm they were, They have 3 of them but Eli and Drew held them for a minute and were done, Isaac kept Ally's most of the time we were there.  I am sure glad they are at Lisa's house and not mine!!

Lego Movie - February 7, 2014

 Of course we were at the Lego Movie on opening night and just so you know...Everything is Awesome!!  I think I just might be President Business, in my perfect world all the Lego sets we have are built and made into a nice little city.  We live in a far from perfect world, no Lego sets are built, we are constantly stepping on Lego's and yet we continue to buy new sets. 

Klondike - January 30, 2014

Off to the Klondike camp. He was so excited, I was not, I was sure he was going to freeze, he did not, he did have the time of his life, they did alot, alot of sledding and ate alot, alot of candy.  I was sure glad to have him back and he spent most Saturday playing his kindle on one of the heater vents!!  

Primary Children's - January 2014

We had a an eye appointment for Eli coming up so Isaac quickly tied a blanket to donate.  He picked the colors and was pretty excited about how it turned out!! Someone is getting a bright, but very soft fleece blanket! 

Eli is getting so big and cooperative, I have sat through many frustrating appointments, but now he just tells the nurse I can't see it, try another one. 

We love the waiting room! 

We like going on walks while we wait for the drops to work. 

This is the best part of the walks, he brought his own cars to show them the town. 

Besides the good doctors and nurses there...guessing which elevator door is going to open first is awesome too, we either get to ride with animals or hot air balloons.  Good thing PCMC is so much fun because we spend all day there. 

I loved seeing the valley from the top of the parking garage it looked like a black and white picture. 

We picked Dusty up for lunch and of course it was off to In-n-Out...Eli's choice!

This little boy makes us so happy every single day!

Wax Museum - January 2014

Isaac picked Martin Luther King Jr. for his Max Museum and I was so proud of all the hard work he put into this report, he did the research, filled out the packet and we assembled his posted but he is so determined!!  Love his independence, he is going to make a great leader someday too!

Catching Snow Flakes - January 2014

I was out shoveling the walks one day when it kept on snowing and we just had to keep shoveling.  I loved it when the bus pulled up with this little cutie!!  He couldn't resist the giant snowflakes falling. 

Catching them on your tongue was a little tricky so he finally just grabbed a snow ball...this little one is quite resourceful!

Skookies - January 2014

This just happens to be  our favorite Christmas gift and we have used it more times than I dare admit, these Skookies are delicious!!  We have tried them a few different ways but this is my favorite!

Eli loves them too!!  So relieved that he has outgrown his milk allergy and can enjoy them right along with the rest of us. 

Bubble Blowing - January 2014

Needless to say, he has mastered the art of blowing bubbles.  He has only gotten it in his hair a handful of times but as for the cheek and neck it seems we are constantly breaking out the goo-gone to get him cleaned up. 

Discovery Gateway - January 27, 2014

It is no secret that Discovery Gateway is Eli's favorite place, we have had a pass there in the past but Drew and Isaac are kind of over it so it was hard to use it unless we took someone else along.  Needless to say, Eli was elated that his class was going there on a field trip, he couldn't wait to show them what it was all about.  We didn't last with the group very long, he just wanted to do his own thing and his teachers scheduled minutes at each station were not flying with Eli so we did our own thing and met up with the group for lunch. 

He did end up at the store the same time as Cheyenne. 

These random kids were not part of his class but he was more than happy to be part of their play. 

It was a little chilly that day but we could not pass up the helicopter.  When it is cold outside you can have it all to yourself!

Lunch with Cheyenne & Katie, they were all full of stories from the day! 

I kind of think this is one of the Best Days Ever in Eli's book!!

Lego Theater - January 2014

 These boys are only a little excited about the Lego movie, they spent all morning constructing a theater!!  They were pretty darn excited....playing nice, getting along and being creative, I was too!

Sarah's Baptism - January 4, 2014

 This sweet little girl got baptized!  We are so proud of her!!

Happy New Year - January 1, 2014

 We celebrated the New Year at Kevin's & Dani's!  We can't have a party and not do the balloon stomp.
