Now we have walking, running, biking, driving and scootering. Life is great.

Oh and I turned 24. I requested that Eric make me a cake. It was awesome, especially the part where he made a backwards "4" on accident. He is the cutest. Thanks E!

Lake Powell with Redmond

Lake Powell.

I didn't think it can get much better. Then I went with Redmond (the company that owns Real Foods) last year and had such a great time. They really took care of us. We ate GREAT food, participated in engaging discussions and excursions and enjoyed all the fun in the sun our sunscreen would allow. The only bad thing about the trip was Eric couldn't come with me.

I was determined to get him there this year, and was so happy when we discovered he could come because school was starting later!

I loved being down there together.

Redmond did not let us down.

Just like last year abundant amounts of great food and fun were provided with barely the lift of a finger. I even got to teach yoga every morning on top of the main houseboat. Sighhhh.. I can't wait to go again next year.
