What we build from a pile of parts, a smooth running coneshovel, some new parts, some parts where fabricated in our shop. New! Handlebar bushing eliminator kits

Bushing eliminator kits

Get rid of your wobbly handlebars on your Harley's 39mm Sportster triple trees, direct mounting of your handlebars or risers gives a more direct feel while cutting corners!

Model 1 comes with machined pieces of 316L stainless steel in a 1 inch radius for welding on any type of 1 inch diameter handlebar.

The handlebar bungs will sink in the bushing a few millimeters to obtain that clean look.

Bottomside is counterbored to give your triple trees' underside that clean look.

(kit consists of 2 stainless steel handlebar starters (threaded, 1 inch diameter, top machined to a 1 inch radius), 4 bushings and 2 hefty stainless steel allen bolts.

CNC machined high grade 316L stainless steel bushing eliminators.

Model 2, 

rubber bushing eliminator which are flat on top to fit your choice of risers, make use of your original riser clamp bolts, plug and play, only simple hand tools are needed.

(kit consists of four 316L stainless steel cnc machined bushings)
