Hawaii 5-0 (aka Maui vacation for Scott's 50th)

We decided it would be appropriate to celebrate Scott's 50th birthday in the 50th state - we stayed eight days at the Waldorf-Astoria's Grand Wailea. What a resort, this place has the ultimate pool complex (slides, lazy rivers, tarzan swing, sandy beach pool) for the kids and the ultimate spa for the adults. We had a ton of fun and a ton of sun. We are now on diets and a budget (we'll see how long they last - I'm sure Scott will blow the diet first, while I've already blown the budget).

Thanksgiving Cruise

We had a blast on our 7 day Caribbean cruise over Thanksgiving. We had both sets of grandparents, the kids loved that. We also celebrated Frank's 84th birthday on Thanksgiving day.

Happy Halloween

Zach was Indiana Jones and Katie was . . . . you guessed it, a princess. This year she was Sleeping Beauty.

Scott was the Grim Reaper, in honor of the fact that he has had to lay off or fire tons of people this year.

I was a dominatrix - scandalous, I know. I just told the kids I was a "bad lady," but I'm not sure "lady" is appropriate :-)

Denver Half-Marathon

I finished!!!! My official time was 2:11:22.

Katie's new bike

Katie was mad that I posted a picture of her riding a "boy's bike" - well, here she is on her own bicycle - no surprises on the color of this one!

Katie had a great birthday party - Zach recently lost his first tooth. You won't believe how much the tooth fairy pays these days. For a picture of the $ left to Zach, see Mom and Dad's blog.
