Derek got home Saturday and we have been nothing but happy ever since!
Last night I was up for 4 hours being sick! So this morning Derek let me sleep in and he watched the boys while doing school work! That was such a blessing! I had a awful night and if he wasn't home to help me I think I would have died! I am married to such a wonderful man! And I am so glad that he is home! We missed him so much!
A lot has happened in the last week, but our biggest news is that Skyler took his first steps!
It's Kind of funny because when Xander started walking it was actually a run and he was very light on his feet! Once he did for the first time, he never stopped!
Skyler will try a few steps at a time wobbling around and then fall to his butt! Then he doesn't try for another half hour or so! He is great at standing,( he has been doing that for almost 3 months without support) but he just isn't so light on his feet!
It's amazing how different children are! But I love it!
Other news...
I have been called as the 2nd Counselor in the Young Woman's Presidency! YAY! I have missed it so much since we moved from Branson! I was Secretary there! I have like 13 Beehives! WOW! But I am so excited to get to know them!
Only 2 more months until Derek starts ROTC! Crazy!
Xander can count to 10 in Spanish, German and 12 in English! He also can sing the alphabet and knows almost all of the letters! If he doesn't know a letter he just puts in one he already said!
