My girls have been relentless in playing with these capes that Sarah made for my boys some years ago. Abby comes flying through the room yelling,

"I'm SuperMa'am!"

Back to the Park

After the morning in Little Rock the rain cleared out and we drove back to the park.

On the porch in front of the cabin.

We walked down to the lookout point of the waterfall.  

I desperately wanted to hike down but it was too difficult with the kids.

Climbed up on some rocks.  

This picture cracks me up because Brad tooted and you can see the boys calling him out on it.

Grant hooks one!

We set off to do the first mile of a hike until the kids BEGGED to do the entire loop.

They chanted "LOOP!  LOOP!  LOOP!" until we conceded.

First 2.5 miles went ok but Anna lost it after that.  The last 2 miles were a little painful.

But, it was beautiful and we had a blast.

We are planning to explore Arkansas more.  We loved it!

Little Rock

 A couple of weeks ago, while a barrage of tornadoes were barreling through Oklahoma City, we headed out to a state park in Arkansas.  The same storm followed behind us and delayed our outdoor plans.  So, we headed to a children's museum in Little Rock.  

Vacuum tubes and scarves.  Kids love it.

Good-bye

Our friends, the deMiks, moved away and took these two cute girls with them.

We crammed in as many playdates as we could before they left and we will miss them all dearly!

Atleast we have another friend to see when we go to Utah!
