...AND OUT IT COMES!

So the other one finally came out. This time it wasn't as hard to accept because I saw it progressively fall out. It wasn't such a shock and I was prepared. I still get sad though, because I know at this age kids are supposed to be getting teeth, not losing them! I'm sure gonna miss his teeth-all-there grin, but it will come back... in about 7 years!! Oh well, whataya do? We love him anyway! (you may have to click on the image to see it more clearly)

PICTURES WITH COUSINS

In preparation for Mother's Day we took pictures with cousins. What a challenge that was. Trying to get three kids to smile was impossible so I guess we'll go for the candid cute look. It was fun to see all of them together. Mason loved to see his cousins Stetson and Braxton.

CHOCOLATE, CHEETOS, & FISH

I told my sister how picky of an eater Mason is, so she came up with a brilliant idea to put his food in chocolate to see if he would eat it.  Of course, he did!  For those of you who can tell, yes he is wearing a girl shirt.  His clothes were in the wash, because he had an accident and Carsyn wanted to give him one of her shirts to wear in the meantime.  How sweet, huh?

SSHHH! DOGGY IS SLEEPING

Mason loves dogs! We were at my sister's and the doggy was sleeping but he just had to go over there and see him. He told us to be quiet though, it was cute!

MOM AND DAD LEAVE FOR MISSION

Today my mom and dad left on their mission to Martin's Cove.  My dad got all into making his outfit and gear.  Mom is very supportive but hates leaving her family. Have fun mom and dad, we'll miss you! 

OUR LATEST GIRL'S NIGHT OUT

So for our last Girl's Night Out we decided to dress up and go bowling. We originally were supposed to be 70's looking. Everyone was having a hard time finding 70's clothes and the ones we found made us look like nerds, so it kind of morphed into Nerd Night. We went to eat at JCW's (to our embarrassment) after a few weird looks and dodging people we knew we went bowling. Here's what we looked like...

COE GIRL'S NIGHT OUT

Once a month all the Coe-girls get together and have a blast. This last one was ROCK BAND NIGHT! We had a lot of fun playing together. About half way through the night Vikki comes walking in a sweatband and a tape mustache. We then all got tape mustaches and wore them. It was fun!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HE'S A BIG KID NOW!

 

So as I'm sitting at the computer trying to figure out my blog, Mason comes running in, grabs my hand and says, "Mom! Mom! Bum. Look! C'mon!" So I get up and follow him into his room where he had gotten out all of his diaper changing stuff. Changing mat, wipes, and the anti-bacterial gel (which he is holding). So after I change his poopy bum. He gets up and finds the stickers I give to him after a bum change and points to the back of his hand and says "sticka" He is getting so big!

MASON LOST A BOTTOM TOOTH

 

For those of you who don't know how Mason lost his bottom tooth, here it is. We were at Cory's grandparents house for Easter. Mason ran into their kitchen table and had cut his lip and was bleeding. That night when we put him to bed he had all of his teeth. When he woke up in the morning, his bottom one was missing. We looked everywhere for it and couldn't find it so we assumed he swallowed it. I ATTEMPTED to look through his diaper to see, but couldn't handle it. After I cried for couple days of seeing my child toothless, we took him to the dentist. He said the other one is loose and will most likely fall out. If it does stay in it will probably turn black or brown. It was just a lovely Easter.

So we finally went and got Mason's pictures taken. The last time we took him in was at 5 months. I told you I'm not a good picture taker. I'm so bad.

Ok... so I thought I would try out the whole blogging thing. I seriously don't know what I'm doing. I'm not a very good email responder, picture taker, journal writer, or keep in toucher - so I'm hoping this takes care of all those departments once I get the hang of it.
