Halloween 2009

Halloween in Laie is great, trick or treaters are out in force, and this year we had some friends over to celebrate with us. Tosh slept through the whole thing, but the rest of us went with the Star Wars theme (thanks to Summer). Matt=Anakin, Summer=Padme, Kainoa=Luke Skywalker, Bella=Princess Leia.

Trip to Paris October 2009

Summer and I took a trip to France in October. I presented at a conference in Bordeaux so we were able to spend a few days there and in Paris. It was our ten year anniversary vacation! Rad. Kainoa, Bella, and Tosh went to California and had a blast with their grandparents, aunties and uncles, and of course all of their cousins. This trip would NOT have happened without our awesome family to help us out. Thanks so much you guys!

Local Food Potluck and Screening of "Food Inc."

We went to a super fun local food potluck at BYUH today put on by Carol Feinga and all the folks at the Kokua Foundation. We ate all kinds of great food and then watched a screening of "Food Inc." Go see it.

Oh yeah, and Jack Johnson gave a nice little private kids concert for the 75 or so people there. Here's some pics:

Turtle Falls
