Totally behind! APRIL was soooo busy and full of memories! Let's see, the pictures are out of order, but we started with David turning 5!!! crazy. We invited just the boys and blasted to ChuckECheese, not my idea, but totally David's dream day!!! Aunt Gina made him a Buzz Lightyear cake, and we had so much fun playing games with friends. He was very happy. My boy is so precious to me. I love his tender heart that cares so much for others. He has grown up so much this year and I'm so proud of him. I am so thankful for his health, and happy spirit that the Lord has given him.

Then, we had fun playing FUSE soccer at 1st Methodist. Sister and friend Becca cheered on their brothers to play hard! It was so nice to spend our Sunday afternoons with friends this Spring, and enjoy the gorgeous weather.

Then, Easter! We ended the month celebrating our Savior and all He has done for us. It was such a privilege as a mother to teach David and Livie the truth of Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. I know the Lord has their hearts in the palm of His hand and I can't wait until the day He chooses them! I look forward to His faithfulness in their lives.

I love spring and all that it brings. I love my family and am so thankful for our time together. I hope to post our May sooner than later...we have a precious nephew to introduce!

March 2011

I have neglected my blog world! I am planning on catching up! Let's start with March...the sun started to shine and the Lord brought in a few days of warmer temperatures..a taste of Spring, and I love it! We are turning the corner of the school year..and oh how I want it to slow down. Livie is 3 and David is 5 on April 3rd. These pre-school years are so precious. Sweet sweet time of no pressure, just enjoying school, and all the art they can handle! I love it! No social pressures to deal with, they jump out of bed to get to school, please let these years continue. They are curious and have a love for learning, it is wonderful. These ages are magical...have I said how much I love these years? ha! I want to give thanks to the Lord for their health...what a gift we have in having two healthy children. I came home one Saturday afternoon, and these pictures are what I found! Frasure was getting help in the yard with these two! No toys, just a hose and some dirt, and they were blissfully happy. Notice who got messier! Look forward to posting some more!

War Eagle in the Snow!

This will always be a memorable snow! Not only did the Lord bless us with a week off work (yahoo!), and get to be HOME, He showed His favor to the AUsome Auburn Tigers by winning the National Championship! It was a fun week to be at home, scrapbook, watch movies, eat too much, and celebrate an amazing victory! So proud of my alma mater!!! WAR EAGLE!

December!

It was a super busy month, and I loved all of it! Livie turning 3 in a few days, and David being 4 1/2, their ages are magical this year. They loved and appreciated all the decorations, especially the outside lights! Riding around and seeing the lights is one of my FAVORITE things to do, and I'm passing it onto my kiddos. I loved and hung up every craft they made. They almost had sugar overload every day! Livie did not love Santa, but with time I know that will improve! She asked for a princess book and David asked for a blue bike from Santa. Santa came through with both!

David's school play was precious and reinforced the reason for the season. He was the inn keeper, and it was so much fun to practice his line. We read Christmas books every night, and now Livie plays like she is mommy Mary with a baby! I'm so thankful to be a mom to these precious children and have the privilege to teach them about Christ's love. I truly loved every minute of the season....Thank you Lord for your perfect love.

November in a flash!

Where did November go?! I haven't even included Thanksgiving pictures, but we were busy leading up to the holiday! I just had to take some shots of our normal day with James. He gives us so much joy, and is just growing up so fast. David and Livie always want to know if it is the day that we keep JJ. Livie thinks she is his mommy! He is beginning to talk so much and says all of our names, it is so cute!

We were busy painting cards for Uncle Bob's birthday, feast at school for David class, and taking Santa pictures with Big Pop! David said he was thankful for leaves this year, and every time we asked Livie Lou she said cheese....so there you have it! Good times and lots to be thankful for. It has been a year since my Dad's open heart surgery, and we went back to the farm to celebrate Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful. Fall has been beautiful, and I am always happy to see the next season come, even though I just stay cold when in goes below 65! (I need some more fuzzy socks!) I love this time of year, and celebrating the birth of our Savior. This year is the most magical with David and Livie so far, so much fun to teach them the meaning of Christmas! Here comes December, ready or not!
