Happy 1st Birthday Titus!

"Jimmy" Titus turned one yesterday and we celebrated with a trip to the zoo and then some fajitas and chocolate cake later that night! He loved the zoo despite the heat of the scorching Summer day! He wasn't excited about the fajitas or even the cake that i made especially for him...but he had a blast opening his new wagon from Meemaw! He loved playing in the paper! I made a video but this crazy blog won't let me upload it!!
At one year, Titus:
* has 6 teeth
* is pretty much running
* loves climbing EVERYTHING
* would rather be outside at any given time, and takes any opportunity to do so
* loves getting wet and muddy and dirty (what little boy doesn't?)
* sweats like a grown man
* loves giving hugs and kisses
*can wave and say "hi" and "bye"
*can make hand signs for milk, all done, and potty
*regularly uses the potty, however is not fully trained yet and still wears diapers! (not for long though I hope!)
* still does not sleep through the night...but we're working on it!
* loves playing with his big sister
*already shows an affinity for sports and athletic endeavors! (Papai is very proud!)
* can scream the loudest high pitched scream you ever heard, and does it on a regular basis
* and is pretty much the sweetest, most handsome and wonderful little boy you could imagine or ask for! He is very loved!

Just for Fun!

Thought all you folks out there might be interested in seeing a few pictures of the kiddos! We will be taking some family pictures towards the end of the month, and Titus turns 6 months on the 14th, so soon he will have some portraits done, just him.

All is well here in the Furieri house! We are excited about our holiday travels to visit my brother and his family! Italo's new job is going realy well, and life is slowly returning to a new normal.

October Fun!

Just wanted to post a few new pics!

Baby Titus outside playing in his bouncer. Aside from the mosquitos, he loves to be outside!

Leora dressed up as Cinderella for Halloween/ fall festivities. She is daddy's little princess!

She also got to dress up as a fairy princess a few days before for a playdate with some friends! We got some really cute pictures!

Titus James' Baby Dedication (3 months old)

These are pics from right before we went on stage to have Titus dedicated to the Lord. This last one is Leora with a mouth full of cereal bar. We had to be there early and breakfast had to be eaten on the way there! She was a little tired and cranky because we indulged her by letting her stay up and watch Kung Fu Panda with us the night before. Titus did very well though and looked very handsome! They are such beautiful kids aren't they!? Such a blessng to watch them grow and to have the priviledge and great honor to teach them about Jesus Christ! Our children were dedicated to God before they were ever born or thought of, but the formal ceremony is a nice way to make it known to all! Hope you all enjoy the pictures! Love you all and miss you dearly!

Ultimamente temos andado bastante ocupados. Tenho certeza que todos entendem... Desde Maio nos mudamos 2 vezes; Jimmy nasceu; compramos uma casa; e eu completei 3 matérias na faculdade! Bastante coisa...

NASCEU TITO TIAGO FURIERI (TITUS JAMES)!!!

Trago boas noticias! Mae e bebe passam bem. "Jimmy" nasceu as 7:16am, dia 14 de Junho de 2010 em Houston, Texas, medindo 50.8cm e pesando aproximandamente 4.1 Kg.

Leora ficou muito feliz com a chegada do irmaozinho!

Jimmy chegou a tempo para a estreia do Brasil na Copa do Mundo amanha, entao estarei em boa companhia para assistir o jogo! O que mais eu poderia pedir? Assim como eu, meu filho nasceu em ano de copa...

Estamos muito agradecidos a Deus. Como alguns de voces sabem, Leora nasceu em casa, e o Jimmy tambem. Mesmo com todos os preparativos e as precaucoes que sempre tomamos, sabemos que e atraves da graca de Deus, recebida por nos atraves de Jesus, que tudo correu bem. Agradecemos a Deus e o louvamos!
